For the marinade, you need to take 50 ml of lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey and olive oil, as well as half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Pour celery jars with this mixture and roll them up tightly. Store the snack in a cool place.
  • Canned celery. First you need to rinse and free the celery stalks from the tough veins. Next, the vegetable is cut into arbitrary pieces. A few cloves of garlic and a bay leaf are placed at the bottom of the sterilized jars. Sliced ​​celery is laid on top of them.
