Planting celery

Planting celery assumes knowledge of some of the features of growing this crop. This spicy vegetable has a long growing season, tolerates cold well (up to minus 3 degrees). This plant grows and develops better with long daylight hours.

One of the main conditions for a good harvest is fertile moist soil, but celery does not tolerate acidic soils. The best for this culture are sandy loam, humus-rich soils, medium loamy. Celery is planted after potatoes and cabbage, in which case it will grow much better.
