Topolin sweet pepper - a high-yielding sweet pepper variety

When choosing a variety of any culture, every amateur gardener first of all pays attention to the high yield of one or another species. Among sweet peppers, Topolin sweet pepper deserves special attention, which is considered to be high-yielding and can be grown both in the open field and in film greenhouses. Topolin pepper belongs to a medium early variety that grows and ripens for 110-120 days. This type of pepper is suitable for universal use, and the fruits are large enough.

Seedlings of this type of pepper are grown quite simply - like the most common pepper. Before germination, it is desirable to keep the seeds in the soil under the film. Despite the rather fast ripening period, it is advisable to sow Topolin pepper at the end of winter - early beginning of spring. When two leaves are released on the plant, the film can be removed, and the peppers must be dived. It is necessary to plant peppers in open ground at the end of May - beginning of June, when the weather is already warm, and the soil will be warm enough.

The value of such varieties of sweet pepper lies in the fact that it is a rather so-called friendly breed of early maturation, when about 12-15 medium-sized fruits ripen on one bush. In terms of its external appearance, the plant is quite compact, standard, reaching a height of no more than 55-65 cm.

The fruits of Topolin pepper are quite fleshy and dense - about 5-6 mm, so this type of pepper is very often used for making salads, as well as various vegetable stews. Topolin pepper is also great for preservation.
