Pepper tenderness

Pepper is a garden crop that is very popular in our country. It is most widely used in cooking due to its excellent taste, as well as high content of vitamins and other substances beneficial to the body. One of the most popular varieties that are grown in our country, perhaps, can be called tender pepper.

Tenderness pepper belongs to the mid-early species, since the interval from germination to harvesting, as a rule, is about 110-120 days. The color of the fruits of this type of pepper, when ripe, is bright red, and in the phase of technical ripeness, the pepper tenderness has a light green color. Pepper of this variety has rather thick walls, the size of which is about 8 mm, and the weight of the fruit is about 100 grams. Such large fruit sizes have undoubtedly become one of the main reasons for the popularity of this variety.

Tenderness peppers are recommended to be grown in greenhouses. Both film and glazed greenhouse structures are equally good for this purpose. It is recommended to plant seedlings in them, as a rule, at the end of February. If you plan to transplant pepper bushes into open ground for its further cultivation in the garden, then it is better to do this already at the very end of May.

Tenderness pepper in most cases brings a very good harvest and almost 2 kg of ripe fruits can be obtained from one bush of this plant. Its fruits are very juicy and are perfect both for eating raw and for preparing for the winter, as well as preparing various dishes.
