At the beginning of the growing season, nitrogen fertilization should be applied to the cucumbers. But the soil where the cucumbers will be planted should be prepared in the fall. In the fall, they dig up the ground by 25 cm and apply fertilizer.
Before planting seeds, you can treat them with several options. One of these options is to soak in a solution of 1% potassium permanganate for 10 minutes. Then rinse with water.
There is another very effective method for preparing cucumber seeds. The seeds are kept in water for 12 hours at a temperature of 20 degrees, the remaining 12 at a temperature of 2 degrees. This sequence is done for 3-4 days.
The distance when planting cucumbers is chosen as follows: between rows 60 cm, between plants 10 cm. This is the optimal distance for the plant and the convenience of subsequent processing.
During the growth of cucumbers, they should be weeded regularly, watered and, if necessary, fed. When watering cucumbers, it is important to know to water with warm water. Since the plant does not like cold waters.
