Pepper bun
When planting peppers, it is very important to choose the right variety. It depends on the choice of the variety what fruits and productivity you will have. Pepper bun is a very good early ripening variety of pepper, which gives a high yield (3.5-5 kg per m2).
As mentioned, the variety is early maturing, therefore it can be planted at any time when there is heat, moisture and sun. After 120 growth of this plant, you will have the fruits of technical ripeness. At the same time, the fruit is greenish, but it has all the taste qualities of this variety.
After 140 days, the fruits ripen completely and have a red color. Although the fruit of this plant is only 5 cm in diameter, it can weigh up to 150 grams. The wall of the bell pepper is 8 to 9 mm.
Planting and caring for this variety is similar to others. First, seedlings are grown, and after April, at a stable temperature, they can be planted in the ground. Seedlings are planted at a distance of 30-40 cm from each other. When planting, the planting pit is well moistened, and after planting, the pepper is watered abundantly.
Further care for the pepper consists in watering, loosening the earth and feeding. Watering is done in moderation, depending on weather conditions. Sometimes mulching with rotted straw is used. This procedure shortens the watering periods and protects the plants from drought and overheating.
Top dressing of pepper must be carried out at least 3-4 times per season. Both mineral and organic fertilizers are suitable for feeding. As a mineral, it is best to use nitrofoskoy (1 tablespoon per 10 liters of water), and as an organic one - chicken droppings. Good luck with growing your peppers and a good harvest.
