Nolana is weird and her cultivation

Nolan's plant is strange, oddly enough, not known to all people, and its seeds are sometimes in short supply. Although this one-year decorative representative of the flora is rather unpretentious, it still requires compliance with the minimum rules of care.

As far as soil is concerned, Nolana thrives on all types of soil. The only thing is that it must be well permeable and nutritious. If you generally want to provide the flower with optimal conditions, then give preference to neutral soil.

It is better to grow nolana through seedlings. Having sown the seeds back in April, in one week you will see its first shoots. Nolana seedlings are planted in the soil when there is no real threat of frost. For the whole season, the plant needs to be fed 3 times with any mineral fertilizers so that its flowering is even more abundant and beautiful.

As horticultural practice shows, flowering begins 45 days after sowing, somewhere in June. You can enjoy the bright fragrant flowers until the onset of the autumn cold.

Nolan, the cultivation of which is especially common in landscape design, forms a dense, rapidly growing, green "carpet". It can also be used as an ampelous plant. After all, the shoots reach a length of 35 cm, and therefore they hang beautifully from hanging pots.

Therefore, you can safely grow nolana to decorate flower beds, flower beds and small containers. It is better to find a sunny place for the plant. But, if there is none, then it will feel comfortable even in partial shade.
