Description
Hyundai snow blowers were developed and assembled at the production sites of the world-renowned South Korean company Hyundai. The founding of this industrial giant fell on 1967, then the brand was engaged in the development and production of its cars, appreciated by the world community. The company expanded, increased its assortment (gardening equipment, construction machinery, etc.) factories for the production of high-performance units were located not only at home in South Korea, but also in Russia, USA, India, Turkey, China, etc. Together with the Hyundai trademark, the global consumer has received effective, reliable equipment at a reasonable price.
Peculiarities
In Russia, snow blowers are in great demand, since it is sometimes impossible to cope with all the snow that falls with the help of only one shovel. The Hyundai brand is one of the leaders in the industry, bringing snowblowers to the market with excellent performance at an affordable price.
There is plenty to choose from - the range is quite large. There are gasoline and electric vehicles, wheeled and tracked self-propelled snow blowers. All models are supplied in different configurations, with the exception of a few required items.
The equipment is produced both for cleaning small areas and huge areas. All machines differ in power, which should be guided by when choosing the right device. Accordingly, snow blowers differ in cost: as a rule, the more expensive the car, the more powerful it is. However, one should not chase only the price - in this case, it is not an indicator, because both cheaper and more expensive Hyundai serve equally well.
Device
As stated in the instructions, Hyundai snow blower equipment consists of the following components:
- bracket for switching on (safety) of the engine;
- operator panel;
- handle for changing the direction of snow throw;
- thumbs, clamps of the operator panel;
- bottom frame;
- wheels;
- auger belt drive cover;
- screw;
- LED headlight;
- snow discharge pipe;
- throw distance deflector;
- engine start button;
- headlight switch button.
The instructions do not say which parts the snow blower is assembled from (for example, an auger drive belt or a friction ring).
The instructions also contain illustrations that clearly show how the assembled technical device should look like. The following is the assembly order, also illustrated.
User manual
The operating manual consists of the following sections:
- The device of the Hyundai snow blower.
- Safety measures at work and during service.
- Features of the Hyundai snowblower.
- Set.
- Preparing the snow blower for work.
- Snowplow maintenance.
- Problems.
Preparing the Hyundai snowblower for work
Electric snow blowers "Hyundai" are unpretentious, for putting into operation it is enough:
- assemble a snow blower;
- check the condition of the cable, plug and socket;
- check the mains voltage;
- connect the snow thrower to the mains.
- start the car.
Hyundai gasoline snow blowers are prepared for the first run as follows:
- The car is going.
- The fuel tank is filled with AI-92 gasoline.
- Original oil is poured into the engine crankcase.
- The high voltage wire is connected to the candle.
- Fastening connections are checked.
- The snow thrower is started according to the manual.
- The operability of systems and organs is checked.
- Adjustment works are carried out - the range and angle of rotation of the ejection, etc.
Hyundai snow blower maintenance
- Cleaning the auger and other parts of the structure from ice, snow, moisture.
- Timely refueling with technical fluids (petrol modifications).
- Service candles (gasoline).
- Carburetor adjustment (petrol).
- Deflector adjustment.
- Lubrication of the auger rotor bearings.
- Timely replacement of the shear pins on the auger.
- Maintenance of the drive mechanism.
- Inflation of pneumatic tires for wheel modifications.
- Preparation for long-term storage.
Malfunctions
For gasoline modifications of Hyundai snow blowers, it is typical:
- The engine will not start:
- the fuel supply valve is closed;
- no fuel;
- the quality of the gasoline is poor;
- the ignition system is out of order;
- the high-voltage wire is cut off;
- the candle burned out;
- the throttle valve is in the wrong position;
- clearance is not set.
- Insufficient power of the power plant:
- the snow is deep and wet;
- the speed of movement is incorrectly selected;
- the gutter is clogged;
- low-quality fuel;
- carburetor not adjusted.
- Snow throwing has stopped while the machine is running:
- the gutter is clogged;
- the auger is blocked;
- the speed of movement is incorrectly selected.
Electric snow blowers will not start for the following reasons:
- broken wire;
- lack of electricity;
- the motor burned out;
- the start button does not work.
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the original instructions for Hyundai snow blowers:
Classification
First of all, Hyundai snow blowers are divided into gasoline models and devices with an electric motor. The first category includes S 7713-T, S 7066, S 1176, S 5556 and S6561. Such machines are more productive and cope well with trampled or wet snow. Easy to start up, even when the outside temperature reaches -30 degrees.
Electric motors are available in the S 400 and S 500 models. Their advantage is that they produce little noise. However, this does not mean that snow blowers with an electric motor are worse at their task. Absolutely not. It's just that the area that can be processed with this device at one time is much smaller.
Also, the lineup consists of tracked and wheeled models. Tracked units are suitable for those regions where the snow layer is high enough. Then the snow blower will not fall through, and the maneuverability will remain.
