Welding overalls for winter: requirements
Winter suits of a welder must meet not only the standard requirements for special clothing, but also have special characteristics. Next, we list both groups:
- resistance to burning;
- resistance to open fire and high temperatures;
- resistance to deformation;
- the presence of water-repellent properties;
- a specialist should be comfortable and comfortable in a suit, clothes should not hinder movement;
- high-quality sewing, uniformity of seams;
- jacket and trousers must cover all parts of the welder's body;
- be sure to have pads in places at special risk: elbows, knees, forearms.
- the fasteners should be covered with flaps, the collar should fit snugly to the body;
- the presence of a lining that acts as a heater.
