Review of attachments for walk-behind tractors "Forza"
Cutters
Motoblocks Forza can work both with conventional collapsible cutters and with a solid rotary tiller powered by a PTO. It is also allowed to use “crow's feet” cutters with this walk-behind tractor. The assembly process of cutters and diagrams are detailed in the instruction manual.
Also, the assembly diagram can be seen in the photo:
Adapter, trailer
The UralBenzoTech company has produced special equipment for Forza motoblocks - a front adapter.
When assembled with a walk-behind tractor, such an adapter turns your agricultural device into a full-fledged mini tractor. Can be combined with such walk-behind tractors as Neva, Oka, Celina, Kaskad, Luch. The dimensions of the device are 1900x810x1400 mm, and the weight is 65 kg. Track width 300-750 mm. Transport speed is 15 km / h, working speed is 5 km / h.

Lugs
Auxiliary equipment for plowing - lugs. Usually used in combination with a plow for better soil cultivation and softening. A popular model of lugs for Forza: self-cleaning lugs for a round bushing GMK 25. 325. 95.25. Other types of this equipment can be used.
Plow
Plows for motoblocks Forza: plow PMK 10.400.200, single-body. Double-body plows are installed on heavy walk-behind tractors, however, if the weight of the unit does not exceed 150 kg, it is recommended to limit the use of a single-body device. You can use the Zykov plow, the Mole plow (reinforced, with and without a hitch), a large plow without a hitch and with a hitch, as well as other models.
When plowing, it is necessary to make the first track. Then, one wheel of the walk-behind tractor is installed in it and plowing continues. Thus, the previous track is buried.
Hiller
Types of hillers for the Forza walk-behind tractor: double-row hiller with hitch - OMBDS 00.470.700, double-row hinged hiller OMBDRS, traverse hiller without hitch, disc without hitch, adjustable hinge hiller, disc hiller-hiller without hitch and others.
Harrow
For walk-behind tractors Forza, a tine harrow with 20 teeth is used, the grip width is 400 mm, the tine length is 150 mm, the length and width of the implement itself are 400 mm and 800 mm, respectively.

The sets of equipment include such components as a hiller, lugs, plow, hitch-base, kingpin, bracket, trailing bracket. Depending on the kit, its composition can vary, for example, the plow can be replaced with a potato digger or other element.
First start of the engine and running-in
The First Start Guide details the procedure for starting the engine for the first time. Before starting this procedure, you must:
- Fill fuel tank with fuel.
- Pour oil into suitable containers.
- Check the pressure in the pneumatic wheels.
Running-in is a procedure designed to increase the service life of the power plant and all parts of the walk-behind tractor. Run-in begins immediately after the first start and lasts about 20-25 hours (no more than 2 hours of operation per day).
The running-in period is a gentle mode, if the soil is to be milled - in three stages with immersions of no more than 10 cm in one pass. At the end of the running-in period, it is necessary to completely replace the oil in the walk-behind tractor and refuel it.

Do-it-yourself speed increase
How to make your walk-behind tractor faster? It should be noted that we are talking about transport speed. Motoblock Neva MB-2 with certain modifications can develop a speed of more than 20 km/ h, however, if it does not have a differential, then the control becomes much more complicated.
You can increase the speed in several ways, for example, put wheels of a larger diameter or change the gear pair of the wheel reducer, replacing the standard gears with 61 and 12 teeth 55 and 18, respectively. This method is quite difficult to implement, but it allows you to increase the initial speed by almost 2 times.
Some owners want the walk-behind tractor to drive at 40 km / h. It is possible to make such a modification, but it must be borne in mind that there will be a large load on the gearbox, and it will be difficult to drive such a vehicle.
What techniques did you use to change the speed on the walk-behind tractor?
Description
Motoblock Celina MB 602f is a small but strong unit with a 6.5 hp Pennant petrol engine. The device is designed for various works on areas from 10 to 80 acres.
Movement coordination is carried out using the handle, on which all the necessary controls are located, providing convenience and comfort to the operator.
The maximum tillage depth is 30 cm. By changing it, you can achieve the desired effect when cultivating seedlings. The furrow is 72 cm wide.
Wide wheels provide good flotation, so no additional effort on the part of the operator is required. The gearbox has 2 speeds forward and 2 reverse, making the unit maneuverable on the ground.

Better with belts or gear
If you want to have a walk-behind tractor with a variator, you need to remember that the variator must be sold together with a gearbox. This makes it easier to install it on a walk-behind tractor. In the manufacture of gearboxes, Chinese manufacturers use technologies by which products undergo pre-sale preparation, after which they go to stores. They have a 2-year warranty, which makes them highly demanded.
Engines on walk-behind tractors have a four-stroke cycle. They are unpretentious and productive. Diesel fuel is most often used as fuel. CVT gasoline devices are not very popular. The reason is high fuel consumption. Lifan releases the Lifan160F geared motor. Its main characteristics:
- developed power - 4.3 kW;
- volume - 0.118;
- revolutions - 1600 rpm;
- torque - 7.4 N / n.
The durability of the variator depends on the engine power. The low-power motor runs at high revs. This increases the load on the gearbox. It wears out a lot and its service life is sharply reduced.
Belts are the cheapest part of the transmission. They work with a low amount of noise, practically do not exert pressure on the engine and its bearings. The drive itself is not expensive and easy to use. Belts do not need lubrication. The belt drive has several advantages over other designs:
- smooth transmission that does not require lubrication;
- ease of use and replacement of belts;
- little noise during operation;
- low wear of parts;
- long service life of belts and pulleys.
The drive belts are made of durable materials with fiberglass incorporation.
How to reverse speed on a walk-behind tractor
Consider how to make a reverse speed on a walk-behind tractor. The presence of a reverse depends on the model and dimensions of the mini-equipment. You can cultivate the land with a motor cultivator, a light walk-behind tractor and a heavy machine. It all depends on the goals and objectives set. Usually, when using models weighing up to 30 kg, there is no need for a reverse speed, moreover, it complicates the design of the unit. A heavy machine without this function will make the job more difficult.
Agricultural machinery will not move without a gearbox. It happens:
- angular;
- gear;
- downward;
- reverse gear.
The task of the bevel gear is to ensure the collision of the transmission with the engine, which affects the power of the gear. The gear is the transmitter between the motor and the wheels. The reduction gear is used to reduce the speed to increase power.
The reverse gear has a clutch located between the gears. They are on the main roller. The main task of this system is to ensure the reverse gear of the equipment. For self-production of this mechanism, the first step is to prepare a case, for which many use a two-inch fitting square.
You can use the generator shaft from the Ural motorcycle. The gears will fit from the Friendship chainsaw. In the shaft, you just need to drill a hole of the appropriate diameter. Mount another pinion shaft with bearings on the opposite side.And already at the weekend, fit a pulley to ensure rotation.
You can purchase a ready-made gearbox, only when buying it is better to give preference to more expensive mechanisms, since they are more reliable and last longer.
If you increase the speed of the cultivator, then you need to take into account that wear will occur much faster. When doing land work, I want to quickly cope with the task. To increase or decrease the speed of movement, you can try the throttle stick. If the work is hard, then when the gas decreases, the engine will stall.
The first speed is used when plowing the land when more power is required from the machine. Faster work reduces the depth of cultivation.

Running in
The running-in procedure allows the moving parts of the walk-behind tractor to rub in at minimum loads, this will increase the service life of the engine and transmission. Running-in time is about 8 hours. During this time, the owner of the equipment checks the performance of all mechanisms and assemblies with a gradual increase in speed. Loads should not exceed more than 3-4 engine power. Before the start of the break-in period, you must:
- pour fuel into the fuel tank;
- fill appropriate containers with engine and transmission oils;
- check the reliability of bolted connections;
- check the tire pressure.
At the end of the break-in period, it is necessary to drain the used oil from the system and replace it with a new one.
Maintenance
Taking proper care of your motorized device will prolong its life and minimize possible breakdowns. There are several maintenance steps:
- Oil change:
- the gearbox uses oils Tap-15v, TAD-17i, they are replaced every 100 hours worked;
- for the engine, motor oil of the 10W-30 type is used, it is changed every 25 hours worked.
- Daily maintenance:
- care before operation includes: control of the level of working fluids (fuel and oils), control of bolt tension, tire pressure;
- After-service maintenance includes: cleaning and rinsing the motorized device, drying and lubricating.
- Storage preservation:
- drain all oil and fuel;
- thoroughly clean and wash the walk-behind tractor;
- grease and store in a dry place.
- Scheduled inspection.
Malfunctions
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the list of reasons that will prevent the walk-behind tractor from starting:
- The tank has run out of fuel.
- The oil level is too low.
- Poor quality of working fluids.
- Filters are clogged.
- There is no compression in the engine.
