Freshly squeezed juice: benefits and harms
It just so happened that many people associate freshly squeezed juice with a healthy lifestyle, a good figure and, of course, the benefits that a person receives. Moreover, it is worth noting that after drinking the juice, the body receives a portion of nutrients immediately. The same cannot be said about solid food, which requires many hours of digestion. Why fresh juice is useful:
High content of vitamins and minerals. I will say this, freshly squeezed juice concentrates all the usefulness of the fruit (or vegetable) on the basis of which the drink is prepared. For example, fresh orange juice is a storehouse of vitamin C, which is essential to maintain immunity, or to fight colds (we talked about this vitamin in more detail in the article Vitamin C. The benefits of ascorbic acid, which products contain it). Or juice from carrots, apricots, melons will enrich the body with valuable carotene, which promotes bone growth and is also good for eyesight. An excellent remedy if you want to cleanse the body of toxins and toxins. Promotes skin rejuvenation. Removes radionuclides from the body. Indispensable during fasting days
For example, juice from grapefruit will speed up the metabolism, which is extremely important for those on a diet, while fresh cabbage burns fat. Prevents blood clots (grape juice)
As they say, everything is good in moderation. Not a single freshly squeezed juice should be drunk in liters. Some contraindications for the drink should not be neglected. Freshly squeezed juice can be harmful:
- with gastritis or stomach ulcer;
- sugary juices are not recommended for overweight people;
- some fresh juices are very allergenic.
In general, the harm of freshly squeezed juices is determined by the individual characteristics of a person, with a competent approach, you can choose the right ingredients for the drink, and you can easily saturate your body with mineral elements and vitamins without harm to health.
Tips for storing different fruit, vegetable and berry juices
Any juice from fresh fruits, berries or vegetables is best poured into glass or ceramic containers. As a last resort, a sterilized plastic bottle is also suitable. Do not forget to close the container tightly with a lid: the less contact with air, the slower the oxidation.
Tip from the magazine "Miss Purity": if you cannot drink freshly squeezed juice in its pure form, then whip a milkshake based on it, mix several types of fruits, add sugar and cinnamon.
A few tips for storing popular types of fresh juice:
- Of fruit juices, apple juice spoils the fastest: from reaction with air, it begins to darken, like fresh fruits. To slow down this process, fresh lemon juice is added to the fresh juice. This component will extend the shelf life of apple juice up to 1 day.
- Orange juice and other citrus pomace can be stored for up to 2 days, which is a relatively long time. But be sure to put the bottle in the refrigerator. By the way, drinking cold juice is much more pleasant.
- Lemon juice - the leader in vitamin C content, can stand on the refrigerator door for 3 days. Another "long-lasting" fresh is pineapple.
- Sweet apricot juice deteriorates very quickly, keep it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 hours.
- It is better to dilute fresh kiwi with water 1: 1, as it is too rich in acids.
- Carrot juice is better absorbed if you drink it immediately after pressing (maximum after 20-30 minutes), and also combine it with something fatty: vegetable oil, cream or sour cream. The fact is that carotene needs a combination with fats so that vitamin A is synthesized in the body. And fresh carrots are drunk precisely because of this component: it supports the organs of vision, skin tone.
- Fresh cabbage juice, which is considered medicinal, is not stored outside the refrigerator at all.
- Keep the beet juice in a cool place for 2-3 hours, and then drink it. You will get more value this way. The maximum shelf life of the vegetable elixir is 2 days.
- It is recommended to pour tomato juice into a glass bottle and drink it within 18 hours.
- Berry juices begin to ferment quickly, it is worth drinking them in the first half of the day.
- Fruit and vegetable mixes are stored for no more than 24 hours, even if citrus is used.
The shelf life of freshly squeezed juice can only be slightly extended using the refrigerator. And if you are fond of healthy smoothies, then try pouring fresh juice into ice cube trays to add popsicles to cocktails for a couple of months.
Different types of fresh juices
Each fresh has separate properties and characteristics, they are determined by the product from which it is prepared. Not many people know how much fresh pomace from various derivatives can be stored. Let's see how to store the juice of celandine, apples, carrots and other derivatives?
Apple
Keep apple juice in the refrigerator for no more than 4 hours. Vitamins and minerals in this product are destroyed very quickly, especially iron, due to the oxidation of which the juice changes its color. The taste of the fresh will also change. However, you can leave it pressed for a while to make it a little softer. Organize the storage process as follows: pour the liquid into a glass or plastic container with a tight lid
It is important to exclude oxygen access, this approach saves more vitamins
Orange
Freshly squeezed orange juice retains its properties a little longer. It should also be stored in the refrigerator, as it will ferment quickly in a warm room. Many argue that the shelf life of the drink can be up to 12 days, this statement is rather controversial. Professionals do not advise keeping freshly squeezed orange juice for more than 2 days. At the same time, it is better to store it in a glass container and tightly closed.
Citric
Store lemon juice in accordance with the guidelines for the fruits described above. This is a tightly closed glass container and refrigerator. Despite the fact that lemon is considered a natural preservative, the juice of this fruit is not recommended to be stored for more than 3 days. And at room temperature, the fresh will deteriorate after a few hours. You can freeze the product by pouring it into ice bags. This approach will allow you to store lemon juice for more than six months.
Carrot
Carrots are a very healthy vegetable, and freshly squeezed carrot juice has a lot of positive properties. It has a tonic and restorative effect on the body. In addition, it promotes active growth and has a beneficial effect on vision. This product is not stored for more than half an hour, so it must be squeezed strictly in the amount that will be drunk immediately. Even a cooling device will not help keep the fresh juice longer.
Beetroot
How long can beet juice be stored? It is not recommended to do this for more than two days. At the same time, before using freshly squeezed beetroot fresh, it is advised to stand for about 40 minutes and only after that drink. You need to store fresh in the refrigerator in a tightly closed glass bottle or jar, without oxygen. But it is better not to stock up on a lot of drink for future use, but to use it exclusively fresh
Celandine
This unique plant is famous for its medicinal juice. But celandine juice is not used for food, but for external use in the treatment of dermatological diseases. The juice of this plant requires a special approach in preparation and storage. The cans with the blank must be fermented and after that you can store it for 1-2 years in a cool room, for example, in a cellar.
Burdock
Burdock has long been known as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agent. How to store burdock juice depends on how it is processed.Unconserved and freshly squeezed can be kept exclusively in the refrigerator for no more than three days. Otherwise, it will not only lose its beneficial properties, but may also harm the body. The pomace subject to conservation will last from 8 to 12 months, depending on the preservative.
Birch
In the spring, birch sap is actively released and the season for its extraction and harvesting begins. How to store birch sap? By analogy with the previous product, birch drink should not be kept fresh for more than three days. In this case, storage should be carried out strictly in the refrigerator and in glass hermetically sealed jars. In order to extend the shelf life, it is necessary to preserve.
All of the above tips and tricks for storing juice refer specifically to freshly squeezed and freshly prepared products. Preservation will help to extend the shelf life of each of them, but after it it will be a completely different drink with a different composition and properties.
Freshly squeezed juices - how to drink it right
So, now you have already fallen in love with freshly squeezed juices, there is only one small thing left: how to drink them correctly. Here I would like to give a couple of practical tips:
- Drink freshly squeezed juices immediately. This is the only way to preserve all biologically active substances. The exception is beet juice. He needs time (about 2 hours) to "settle".
- Drink juice 30-40 minutes before meals. On an empty stomach, all biochemistry processes proceed instantly. But after eating, the juice causes the fermentation process. This will negatively affect your well-being.
- Natural juices can damage tooth enamel, so they should be drunk with a straw.
- Freshly squeezed juices from fruits where seeds are present - cherries, apricots, peaches, etc. - are best not mixed with anything.
- Fruit juices with seeds - apples, currants or grapes - go very well with fresh vegetable juices, such as beetroot, cabbage or carrot juice.
- It is recommended to drink fruit juices up to 1 glass a day. The thing is that fructose and fiber are absorbed by the body easily and quickly. Therefore, excessive consumption of sugary juices can lead to an imbalance in the sugar balance. What can not be said about freshly squeezed juices from vegetables, they do not have such a negative property, so there are no strict restrictions. If you have never pampered yourself with juice therapy before, start with 50 ml. a day, nevertheless freshly squeezed juice is a concentrate.
- Never change the taste of the juice by adding salt or sugar. These two products will render the drink useless. The sour taste can be improved with honey, and the addition of drinking water or any vegetable juice will relieve the sugary sweetness.
- 8. Vegetable juices, as a rule, are diluted: a small amount of vegetable oil or cream is added to orange, red or yellow juices, or something fatty is immediately eaten. This is necessary for the body to be able to assimilate carotene. Apple juice is added to all other vegetable drinks.
The healthiest juices
- apple - contains iron, potassium and boron. Improves the functioning of the liver, kidneys, respiratory system. Tidies up the condition of hair and nails;
- pear - it can also become an assistant during a diet and on fasting days, regulates the digestion process, prevents the accumulation of fluid in the body;
- orange - leads in the content of vitamin C, strengthens the immune system, helps in the fight against colds;
- pomegranate - can be considered the most useful, rich in vitamins, minerals, phytocins. It helps with hypertension, anemia, atherosclerosis, bronchitis;
- carrot - rich in carotene, good for eyesight, skin, hair, mucous membranes, contains potassium and folic acid;
- tomato - rich in potassium and sodium, helps to strengthen the cardiovascular and nervous system, lycopene contained in large quantities is a strong antioxidant;
- pumpkin - contains a lot of pectin, vitamins B, A and E;
- beetroot - has a unique cleansing ability, is useful for hypertension, diseases of the cardiovascular system, thyroid gland, anemia;
- pineapple and grapefruit - accelerate metabolism, have a fat burning effect, it is recommended to use it when losing weight;
- potato and cabbage juice - reduce the acidity of gastric juice, relieve acute gastritis, restore the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines.
As for me, I have already said that I really love carrot juice. In fact, only for the sake of it we bought a juicer. I drink it both in pure form and with additives.
As a rule, I take a slice of apple, pear, lemon, orange. It turns out very tasty if you add kiwi juice (yes, more, more!). But I don't like banana - it turns out too luscious and "hard" in sensations.
Least of all I like pumpkin juice - in my opinion, it is generally impossible to drink it even with additives in the form of other fruits. But everyone has different tastes, so I won't argue
Better I wish you all health and a good winter holiday!

The benefits of freshly squeezed orange juice are rich in vitamin C. It refreshes, tastes sweet without added sugar, and quenches thirst. In addition, it contains other vitamins: A, B, E, K. It contains magnesium, potassium, pectins, iron, phosphorus.
The health benefits of freshly squeezed orange juice are low in calories. It is enough to take it in a glass in the morning and in the evening and the excess weight will gradually decrease. All nutritionists recommend taking it after exercise.
Fresh orange juice strengthens the body. Immunity is supplied with ascorbic acid, carotene and tocopherol. Antioxidant property helps to get rid of bad cholesterol, cancer cells, toxins.
Orange juice saves from disease during epidemics. And the iron in its composition helps to get rid of the signs of anemia. Vitamin C gives the skin elasticity, fresh appearance. Those who regularly consume fresh juices and fruits instead of sweets look much younger.
Cold pressed
Recently, juicers-presses have become the most popular. The most economical models are the manual operating principle. The fruit or vegetable is placed in a wringer and the press is set in motion.
In the hand model, the fruit or vegetable is placed in a cone-shaped bowl. And the spinning is carried out by rotating movements. The quality of the future drink, flowing through the spout into the prepared bowl, depends on the efforts. Therefore, these machines are only suitable for working with citrus fruits.
With the help of special levers, the wringing process will be easy on the hands. Such models are called mechanical. There are screw versions (ordinary meat grinder) or in the form of a press. The device is most convenient to use outdoors, in places where there is no electricity.
Electric models are the most convenient. It is enough to peel a fruit or vegetable and arrange it according to the instructions in the working area. Then, at the touch of a button, the press is set in motion, and the finished drink begins to flow from the hole. In addition, using a special filter, you can adjust the percentage of pulp.
Using different types of juicers greatly simplifies the process of making fresh fruit drinks that are so beneficial to your health.
In what conditions should it be stored
In the event that there is a lot of freshly squeezed berry or vegetable juice, it must be placed in a vessel with a tightly closing lid, and then placed in the common chamber of the refrigeration unit or taken out into the cellar (cold room).
The utensils used for storing liquids should be made of ceramics or glass.It is not recommended to use plastic or metal containers, since they accelerate the oxidative processes in the liquid.
The lid of the vessel or the stopper (if the drink is in a bottle) can be made of plastic. The main thing is that they fit snugly against the walls of the vessel.
You can try to preserve vegetable or berry juice by using freezing. Then the liquid is poured into a glass container, but not to the edge of the container. A small air gap remains, which is needed to take into account the expansion of the volume of the drink during freezing.
The container is placed in the freezer, and, if necessary, removed, the liquid is thawed for consumption. Although this storage period increases, a lot of vitamins and other useful substances are lost.
You can apply pasteurization. The squeezed liquid is heated to + 85-90 ° C, and then poured into cans or bottles. The vessels are tightly sealed. Any juice can be stored in this form for 30 days.
If during this period it was not possible to completely drink the prepared berry or vegetable drinks, then sugar is added to them, making the usual canning. This concentrate can be stored for 12 months. Before use, it is diluted with clean water and drunk like fruit drink.
Concentrate
Another option is to make syrup, but this method is not the easiest one.
Pour some of the juice into an enamel pot and boil. When about 1/3 of the volume has evaporated, top up. Continue this until the volume of the entire liquid has decreased by 10 times. Remember to skim off the foam while boiling. The larger the area, the faster the liquid evaporates, so it is better to use wide containers.
As a result, you will end up with a thick, yellow liquid, similar in color and consistency to honey, in which all the useful substances are concentrated. The syrup has a very pleasant taste, before use it can be diluted with water, added to tea and simply eaten.
Such a concentrate practically does not lose its properties, does not ferment, so it can be stored for two years.
How much fresh juice is stored
To answer this question, you need to think about the purpose for which you prepared it. If you need to preserve all the beneficial properties, you must drink immediately! And the longer freshly squeezed juice is stored, the more useless it becomes.
And yet the question - how to preserve freshly squeezed juice - remains open. I will offer 2 options: the first is freezing, the second is conservation. Of course, the juice after that cannot be called freshly squeezed, but no one will be harmed from this. Frozen juice is stored for no more than 2 days
It is important to remember here only that the liquid becomes larger in volume during freezing, i.e. do not fill the container with juice to the brim
The shelf life can be extended up to 1 year by conservation: bring fresh juice to a boil, add sugar. Keep on low heat for 10 minutes, then pour into pasteurized jars and roll up.
Contraindications
Despite its many beneficial properties, freshly squeezed juice is a controversial product.
It should be consumed with caution and in moderation.
In addition, there are a number of contraindications:
- with diabetes due to the high concentration of sugar;
- with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and high acidity;
- with a tendency to allergies.
In addition to general contraindications, each juice has its own recommendations, so if you decide to prescribe juice therapy yourself, do not forget to consult your doctor.
For example, fresh beetroot can harm hypotonic patients and people suffering from urolithiasis.
The grapefruit drink contains naringin, a substance that inhibits the action of enzymes that break down drugs in the liver, as a result of which they (that is, drugs) accumulate in the body, and this, you yourself understand, is not at all useful.
Can fresh juice be stored and for how long
Fresh juice has a short shelf life, which is why stores sell drinks with preservatives, or such a product should be consumed within 24 hours. Nutritionists generally do not recommend storing fresh juices.
At home, it is easy to get a tasty and healthy fresh juice, but keep in mind that the preparation for future use of such a product is impossible. Either boil the liquid and supplement with various additives, and then roll up in cans for the winter, or use immediately.
It is usually recommended to drink any juices 10-30 minutes after pressing. The only exception is beet juice: it will become more useful if, after pressing, it is infused for 3 hours.
Freshly squeezed juices - recipes
Making freshly squeezed juice can rarely raise the question - HOW? Everything is logical and understandable: fruits (or vegetables) + juicer. And I, in turn, will offer you several options to mix simple ingredients as tasty and useful as possible.
- Orange, apple, broccoli. Peel the orange and apples, remove the seeds. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. This juice is rich in vitamins C, B, K, and is full of collagen. Broccoli can be used in its entirety: the leaves, and the stems, and the "crown" itself. This ingredient will complement the drink with selenium, which is responsible for the prevention of skin cancer. By consuming such a drink every day, you get rid of dark circles under the eyes, give your skin youth and vigor.
- 1 orange, ¼ part grapefruit and ¼ part lemon with zest. Such juice will help to restore strength after a busy day at work.
- Half a grapefruit and 2 apples - it will be just a salvation if you persist in losing weight.
- 1 bunch of kale (no stems), 1 cucumber, a bunch of parsley and half a lemon. This juice is for lovers of unsweetened drinks. However, while you cook it, think about what benefits your body will receive, both externally and internally. Kale is full of vitamins A, C, K and omega-3 fats that are essential for the skin. Parsley is an excellent source of vitamins K, C and A, as well as folate, iron and copper. Lemon can neutralize free radicals in the body. Cucumber is a first-class moisturizer, anti-inflammatory agent, rich in vitamins A, B, C and K, as well as magnesium, potassium and silicon.
General rules of use
As you know, any fruit contains quite a lot of sugars. Unlike those that are put in store juices, natural ones break down faster and do not cause significant harm to the body of an adult or a child. But in any case, you should not increase the amount of sugar in the daily diet, because this negatively affects the functioning of the liver, kidneys, stomach and immune system.
Strongly sweet juices are recommended to be diluted in a ratio of one to one with boiled water or mineral water (it does not matter, with or without gas). Sour fruits such as oranges and lemons do not contain as much sugar, so they can be drunk undiluted.
But acid has a negative effect on teeth, especially if a person's enamel coating is destroyed, then it is better to drink juice from sour fruits through a straw.
Nutritionists recommend drinking fresh fruit or vegetable juice during the day. Not everything can be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach. For example, it is recommended to refrain from sour nectars. Even if they are diluted with water, they can provoke excessive acidity in the gastrointestinal tract. You can not drink freshly squeezed juices at night - they whet the appetite, and there is a risk of eating too much at night, thereby clearly not doing a favor to the figure.
It is better to drink juice not during meals, but a little later. The body will thank you if you drink a delicious drink 25-30 minutes after lunch.
Carrot
Freshly squeezed juice from this vegetable is recommended even for lactating women. Its benefits have been tested over the years. A drink is prepared along with the pulp, while the peel is pre-peeled. The blender is great for grinding carrots into small pieces.
Carrot juice tastes sweet and does not cause stomach discomfort like orange juice. After the blender, a mushy mixture is obtained, which is filtered through cheesecloth or diluted. It is recommended to consume the product within 20 minutes after spinning.
Carrots contain a lot of vitamins, especially carotene - provitamin A. It is useful for the immune system. Serves as a firming agent for colds, helps to fight skin diseases. It is used in therapy for the removal of stones from the kidneys and liver.
For nursing mothers, carrot juice will be useful for improving the quality of milk. Pregnant women are also recommended it, but in small doses. However, many may feel nausea, stomach pain. With such symptoms, it is recommended to immediately consult a doctor and not consume any freshly squeezed drinks.
During pregnancy
Carrot juice is good for the expectant mother at all stages of pregnancy. It allows her to always be vigorous, healthy, endows the girl with vitality and energy, increases her immunity, and also allows her to diversify her diet in a healthy and tasty way.
Such a drink is especially useful for a long time. After all, it increases the elasticity of the skin and muscles, which prevents stretch marks and reduces the risk of perineal tears during childbirth, and is also an excellent effective prevention of sepsis. But since the expectant mother should be especially careful with her health and well-being, before using carrot juice, she should still consult with a specialist. And you shouldn't overdo it with its quantity.
Ancient healing fruit
Juice from pomegranates is an invention of southerners: Greeks, Romans. It has been used as a medicinal drink. Its useful properties are numerous: from the restoration of the composition of blood after its loss to use in long-term therapy in the fight against diseases (stomach and intestinal ulcers, sore throat, dysentery).
It contains the largest set of vitamins and minerals:
- Vitamins: A, B, E, PP.
- Minerals: fluorine, calcium, magnesium, iron and others.
Pomegranate juice is prescribed for hypertension, anemia, edema. The drink restores the potassium content in the body, normalizes intravenous pressure, and helps with poisoning. Men are advised to use it for inflammation of the prostate. However, before taking it, it is imperative to dilute the freshly squeezed product with boiled water in a 1: 1 ratio. But you can use beet or carrot juices for these purposes.
Rules for storing apple nectar
In fridge
In the refrigerator, the drink is stored no longer than 4 hours, after which there will be almost no useful vitamins in it. To extend the shelf life of the product, you can add lemon juice and sugar to it.
If, immediately after preparation, such a drink is removed in the refrigerator and covered with a lid, then it will stand up to 12 hours and will not deteriorate. However, it will not be possible to get the initial benefit from it.
Low temperature will only slow down the fermentation processes, but will not be able to stop the process of destruction of vitamins and microelements.
The juice must be sealed. It is best to pour it into glass containers. In a vacuum container, it is kept fresh for 24 hours.
If you cannot immediately consume the entire portion and there is no way to put the drink in the refrigerator, proceed as follows:
- Pour the drink into a glass container.
- Add lemon juice to it. 1/2 tsp is enough for 1 glass of drink. lemon squeeze. This is done so that it does not darken.
- Cover the container with a lid. So contact with oxygen will be less active, and the nectar will stay fresh longer.
The oxidation of juice occurs due to the fact that it contains a lot of iron. Lemon slows down this process, preventing the micronutrient from breaking down quickly.
The undoubted advantage of this storage method is that the drink does not lose its beneficial properties. However, its significant disadvantage is the rapid deterioration of the product.
Preservation for the winter
You can preserve the drink for the winter in order to saturate your body with vitamins and microelements in the cold season. If you carry out the procedure according to the rules, then it will be stored for six months or more.
Apple juice extracted with a juicer or meat grinder can be preserved as follows:
- Citric acid and sugar are added to the nectar. For 1 liter of drink, you will need 1 tbsp. l. lemons and 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
- Jars and lids are thoroughly sterilized.
- The filtered drink is poured into an enamel bowl.
- Bring the drink to 90 degrees. The foam that appears is removed with a slotted spoon. When the juice starts to boil, turn off the fire.
- Filter the drink through cheesecloth and heat again to 85 degrees.
- They roll the juice into jars.
It is easier to preserve the drink with the help of a juicer. It is enough to cut the apples without peeling or removing the seeds.
The prepared raw material is placed in a container, sprinkled with sugar, and a sterile jar is placed under the pipe. When it is full, it is covered with a lid and put away for storage.
Cons of the method:
- when the drink is heated, part of the nutrients is destroyed;
- the method is time-consuming;
- sugar should be used as a preservative.
Pros:
- the taste becomes softer;
- you manage to prepare a lot of juice at a time;
- under the influence of high temperatures, all microbes will be destroyed;
- the shelf life is increased by several months.
The juice turns out to be delicious if you add pears or pumpkin pulp to it.
Frozen
To preserve the maximum benefits in the drink, it can be placed in the freezer.
Procedure:
- Pour nectar into plastic containers or screw-top bottles.
- Leave some space when filling the container. Freezing, the molecules of the liquid increase in size, so a full bottle can burst.
- Put the container in the freezer.
The juice is not boiled before freezing, so it retains maximum benefits. To enjoy the drink, it is removed from the freezer in advance and waited until it thaws at room temperature. You can speed up this process by immersing the container in warm water.
- the safety of all useful properties;
- quick preparation;
- convenience of storage;
- extending the shelf life up to 12 months.
It is better to freeze juice in containers that are equal in volume to a single serving. Re-freezing is not allowed.
The healthiest fresh juices
- Number one is orange juice. It is recommended for those who are at risk of developing cancer. This fresh juice can strengthen your nerves, and it also stimulates your appetite. As already mentioned, orange juice charges with a dose of vitamin C, and this is an increase in immunity, treatment of vitamin deficiency, and the fight against colds.
- Also, the leading place is occupied by carrot juice... It helps in the treatment of the liver and kidneys, and will also be useful for anemia. The main thing is to consult a doctor before use.
- Potato juice is not a treat, but is considered good medicine. (Now it is sold even in pharmacies.) It is especially helpful in case of high acidity of the stomach and acute gastritis. The main thing is to drink it in small portions.
- An American proverb says that one apple a day will save you from visiting doctors. This is partly true. An apple really contains a lot of useful vitamins and minerals, and freshly squeezed apple juice normalizes bowel function and becomes an assistant in the fight against bronchitis. Containing a minimum of calories, apple fresh juice copes well with kidney stones, and also cleanses the body of toxins.
- It is worth adding to the list also celery juice... It is high in magnesium and iron, so it is good for nourishing blood cells. It restores body temperature, helps with nervous disorders.
