Mushroom picking
In humus-rich deciduous and mixed forests, near beech, oak or hazel, the top of the future veselka is shown from under the deciduous litter. The young mushroom is ovoid, up to 6 centimeters in diameter, with a white mycelium strand at the base. Its structure slightly resembles a soggy raincoat or overripe fruit. What can be mistaken for an "egg" shell is actually called a peridium: its surface is smooth, leathery, whitish. At this stage, the pulp is gelatinous and gives off a radish.
When ripe, the cylindricle of the fruiting body breaks through the peridium: as a rule, this occurs a week after the appearance of the ovoid process. The new seedling is called the recipe, it is floor inside, with yellowish or white spongy walls. Average body sizes range from 12-25 centimeters, but thirty-centimeter giants are not so uncommon. The width of the paddle does not exceed four centimeters.
The leg of the vest is topped with a 4-5 centimeters bell hat. The honeycomb cap is covered with dark olive mushroom slime (gleb). At the top of the cap there is a seal with a hole from which spores are scattered. A characteristic sign of maturity is the persistent, strong smell of carrion, produced by the decaying polysaccharide chains in the gleb.
Attracted by the putrid smell, flies flock to the polysaccharide feast. And other insects do not hesitate to taste the smelly morel. They have to hurry, the fruiting body of the fungus develops very quickly, but the "flowering" of the veselka does not last long, a couple of days is enough to scatter the spores.
In general, Veselka tends to multiply from May to October, but most actively the mycelium throws out fruiting bodies around the end of June in mid-latitudes. By the way, the mushroom grows almost throughout Eurasia, so it can be found both in Siberia and in the Black Sea mushroom places.
Water-soluble veselka (VVR)
A preparation based on the whole mushroom Veselka ordinary. For internal use. The most effective form.

In the season of colds, it is recommended to use dried mushrooms daily to strengthen the immune system. A piece of fresh mushroom helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Slime, spread on bread and eaten, saves from poisoning. Alcoholic mushroom tincture is indicated for any internal disorders, sexual dysfunctions, viruses. Helps in the restoration of reproductive function.
When applied externally, it is necessary to regularly lubricate the affected areas with it. In case of sinusitis and rhinitis, the area of the maxillary sinuses is rubbed.
Erosion of the cervix is treated in the following way:
- 1. Mix the tincture and water chamomile infusion in a 1: 2 ratio.
- 2. The tampon is moistened and inserted into the vagina for 5-6 hours. This is done for 7 days in a row.
There are no pharmaceuticals with veselka yet, but there are dietary supplements for external and internal use. Available in the form of candles, powders, capsules, cream. In general, their use does not entail side effects, with the exception of possible disruptions in the digestive tract: bloating, nausea, diarrhea. This usually occurs with individual intolerance. Then the reception is stopped immediately.
How to use:
For internal use (for gastritis of various forms, for stomach ulcers, kidney problems, for gout, polyarthritis, paralysis and cancer):
When preparing for internal use, the "eggs" of the mushroom are wiped with a dry cloth (it is undesirable to wash), cut and poured with vodka (moonshine).
Tincture recipe 1:
5 g of powder or 50 g of fresh veselka eggs are poured with 200 ml of vodka, infused for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. No filtering required. The longer the infusion period, the higher the medicinal effect. Take from 1 teaspoon to 3 tbsp. spoons depending on the disease. For example, to lower the pressure in hypertension, 1 teaspoon of tincture is enough 2 times a day. In case of neoplastic diseases, 1 tbsp should be taken. spoon 2-3 times a day. For other diseases (for example, prostate disease) - 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
The prophylactic course of treatment is 30 days (carried out 2 times a year), the therapeutic course is 3-4 months.
Tincture, recipe 2:
With gastritis of various forms, with stomach ulcers, when the kidneys hurt, with gout, polyarthritis, paralysis and cancer.
5 g of powder or 50 g of fresh veselka eggs are poured with 200 ml of vodka (up to 38% strength). Insist for 30 days in a dark, damp place, preferably in the refrigerator (the jar must be rolled up with a lid). The infusion is taken 3 times a day for 1 tbsp. spoon 20 minutes before meals, for a month. Then take a break for 1-2 weeks and again carry out the course of treatment.
Tincture, recipe 3:
Special recipe for cancer treatment
Finely chop 6–7 fresh mushrooms (100 g). Pour a jar of mushrooms (1 l) to the top with 50% moonshine (not alcohol), close the lid tightly and put in a dark place for 14–21 days. Shake the tincture every day.
Treatment: the full course requires 3-4 liters of tincture, take 20 minutes before meals, 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day. Drink with raw fresh egg or 1 teaspoon of honey.
In parallel, it is necessary to prepare and drink an infusion of chaga, in any form. "Chagovaya" tincture should be drunk 2 times a day for 1 dec. spoon or 1 teaspoon in the morning and evening. 1 course of treatment corresponds to 1 liter of veselka infusion and 300 ml of chaga infusion. After the course, a 10-day break is taken, and the treatment is resumed. At the same time, you can undergo a course of chemotherapy, if it is prescribed by oncologists.
Tincture recipe 4:
Pour 5 g of veselka powder with linseed or olive oil (150 ml) heated in a water bath. Mix. Keep in a warm place for 3 hours (for example, near a battery). Then refrigerate for 5 days for infusion. Do not strain the infusion. Take, depending on the severity of the disease, 1 teaspoon or 1 tbsp. spoon 2-3 times a day.
Tincture recipe 5:
5 g of veselka powder pour 200 ml of warm boiled water. Insist 8 hours. Stir before use. Drink 1/3 cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.

It is better to take veselka mushroom for medicinal purposes, after consulting a doctor, and also as an adjuvant accompanying traditional drug therapy.
Phytoncides, polysaccharides and perforins
Phytoncides are biologically active substances secreted by plants that kill or suppress the growth and development of pathogenic bacteria and microorganisms.
Now about the perforins. According to the Japanese professor Toki Mori, in any organism, cells can be reborn into cancerous due to various factors, in fact, we can say that any person has cancer cells.
But our body produces special enzymes - cytotoxic proteins perforins, which track and destroy tumor and virus-infected cells, destroying their nucleus. At a young age, perforin is produced well, but with age, the strength of perforin production weakens, and when it practically ceases to be produced, malignant cells begin to rapidly divide, and a person develops a malignant tumor.
Scientists conducted a number of experiments and proved that polysaccharides of the veselka mushroom increase the production of perforin in the body several times! Accordingly, as you already guessed, if you make a tincture (or infusion) from the veselka and take at least 1 course per year for prevention, then you will significantly strengthen your immunity, health and reduce the likelihood of illness, including cancer!
What fun treats
Thanks to the unique combination of components gathered in this miracle of nature, the Veselka mushroom treats the following diseases:
- diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), liver and kidneys;
- diseases of the cardiovascular and nervous systems;
- atherosclerosis and hypertension;
- relieves inflammation and joint pain;
- rheumatism and gout;
- dysfunction of the thyroid gland;
- diseases of the blood and lymph;
- diabetes;
- varicose veins and thrombophlebitis;
- male impotence and female pathologies: inflammation, fibroids, mastopathy, infertility.
Veselka also treats viral hepatitis, herpes, influenza, allergies and its symptoms, hypertension - due to the ability of the active substances Veselka to reduce the level of bad cholesterol, lower blood pressure. , non-healing wounds), resolves benign and even malignant tumors, treats AIDS.
Contraindications
Veselka is not recommended for children under the age of ten, as well as for women during pregnancy and lactation.
Take with caution to persons with chronic pathologies of the heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas; persons with autoimmune diseases, since biologically active substances (BAS) of the Veselka mushroom quite sharply raise immunity, which can provoke an exacerbation of diseases of this kind
Veselka for treatment
For the treatment and prevention of diseases, vodka tincture of the Veselka mushroom is usually used (tincture on vodka, alcohol diluted to 38-40 degrees, good moonshine of the same strength). Inside, it is used to treat all of the above diseases, in addition, it is used in the form of compresses for the treatment of skin diseases, psoriasis, trophic ulcers, bedsores.
Other forms of mushroom preparation are dried halves (quarters) of the mushroom, as an option - dried veselka in the form of a powder (grind on a coffee grinder). It is also used for the preparation of tinctures, as well as infusions (not decoctions, without boiling)!
In this form, the veselka retains its medicinal properties for several years, but in no case should it be frozen - the frozen veselka loses its medicinal properties.
There are also some rather rare options for the preparation of Veselka mushroom, used for the treatment and prevention of diseases, such as lotion, balm, all kinds of ointments, candles for external use.
Fermented (sour) juice is also made (it is used to treat the liver, purify the blood in diabetes mellitus) and oil tincture. The tincture is used externally for the treatment of burns, bedsores, fistulas, trophic ulcers; inside - for the treatment of diseases of the stomach, intestines, kidneys, but in case of problems with the liver, it is undesirable to use oil.
To prepare the oil tincture, pour a teaspoon of mushroom powder with 500 ml of warm olive or linseed oil. Stir and leave for a day at room temperature, then another week in the refrigerator, do not filter. Shake well before each use.
This seems to be all, now you know what diseases the common mushroom can cure, and next time I will tell you how to properly prepare the vodka infusion of the veselka.
Growing veselka
Usually the jelly is not very large, rarely when it grows to the size of a goose egg. At first, the mushroom is very similar to an ordinary raincoat, but not so strong, but with a kind of gelatinous pulp. By its structure, it resembles an overripe plum or a lump of non-spread jelly. Growing to its usual size in a period long enough for an ordinary mushroom - about a week, then the mushroom begins to show miracles. A small kidney hatches from it, which quickly transforms into a fruit stem, and this leg begins to uncontrollably strive upward, like a living creature. A leg with a cap grows out of an egg very quickly, sometimes in 15 minutes. This mushroom is the fastest growing mushroom: 5 mm per minute.
The fruiting body (recipe) reaches 12-30 cm in height and 2-4 cm in thickness, has a long, thick, fragile, empty inside and a cap 4-5 cm high, covered with brown-green mucus with spores. There is a dense disc with a hole on top of the cap.Spores are ovoid, ellipsoid, smooth, greenish-yellow, (3.5-5) x (1.5-2) microns in size. It should be distinguished from the inedible Hadrian Veselka, which in the egg stage has a more elongated shape and a more massive recipe with a diameter of up to 8 cm.Polysaccharides of the Veselka cause the production of perforin in the body, which kills cancer cells: it makes holes in the cell membrane, and the cancer cell simply dies. Thus, perforin prevents them from dividing and forming into a tumor.
They eat young eggs of the veselka. Before use, the outer shell is removed, then the egg is chopped smaller, poured with sour cream, salted and eaten raw. They also use tinctures from fresh or dried fruit bodies of the veselka (collected immediately after growing).
For oral administration: 5 g dry (50 g fresh) veselka pour 200 ml of vodka or Cahors wine and leave for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or pour linseed oil (150 ml) heated in a water bath to 37 C, stir, refrigerate for 3 days. Take 1-3 tbsp. l. 30 minutes before meals 1-2 times a day. For external use: pour 5 g of dry vestka with 100 g of vodka and leave for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Apply to the affected areas in the form of lotions.
Reader's question
How to distinguish a veselka mushroom egg from a toadstool egg? If you cut the egg of the "shameful", then you can see the porous structure of the future mushroom. Toadstools don't have that.
The place of cultivation at home is mainly semi-shaded, shaded areas of the courtyard or premises - basements, verandas, loggias, balconies, sheds, garages, etc. (in boxes, on shelves, etc.). Growing temperature - 14-35 C. The best time for planting is late autumn (up to frost -5 C), so that mushrooms appear in spring or from early spring to early summer - for harvesting in autumn.
Indoors, the vest can be grown year-round. In open areas, the mycelium will live for 7-8 years, indoors - 5-6 years.
As a substrate, cash waste from the garden, vegetable garden, animal husbandry is used: fallen fruits, unsuitable for the table, weeds, fresh manure or stale pergola, foliage, garden tops, hay, straw (fresh or rotted), kitchen residues (potato peelings, etc.) etc. All this is mixed and a ridge with a height of 20-25 cm is formed. Other sizes are arbitrary.
The mycelium is scattered in an even layer over the surface of the ridge, then it is covered with a layer of earth 5-7 cm thick. It is watered once a week not abundantly, sometimes, in rainy or cloudy weather, less often. It is not necessary to cover the mycelium planted before winter, because she is not afraid of even the most severe frosts. And the heat released during the rotting of the compost in the ridge is enough for the development of mycelium in the winter.
Planting in boxes indoors is similar. You just need to cover the compost with a damp burlap until the white hyphae appear on the surface. 100 g of mycelium is enough to infect 1 cubic meter of compost.
Description
The life cycle of the Veselka mushroom is very different from all other mushrooms and plants. In the process of development, radical metamorphoses take place with it, due to which the attitude towards the mushroom has always been wary.
Mushroom egg
At the beginning of development, a young fetal body is formed, similar in shape and size to a hen's egg. It has the following features:
- at birth - has the size of a pea, is attached to the mycorrhiza with a special white tie;
- as it grows, the egg acquires a spherical or flattened shape, increases in diameter up to 6 cm.
The membrane of the fetal body, called the peridium, has a leathery structure, a smooth surface, painted in white, off-white or light beige. Inside the egg is the future mature mushroom and the nutrients necessary for its maturation and protection. Closer to the shell, there is a gelatinous layer that resembles petroleum jelly (not transparent, but not colored), under it there is an interlayer - the future cap, in the cap, and also closer to the strand there is a white layer - the future mushroom leg. The mucous part of the fungus is called "earth oil".
Mushroom pickers claim that the young fruiting body of the veselka looks like a raincoat, however, it has a softer consistency. The pulp smells like a radish. The full development of the veselka egg takes three weeks. It is in the egg that all the benefits of the veselka mushroom lie.
Adult mushroom
Gradual maturation leads to rupture of the membranes in two to three parts. It opens like a flower, releasing the so-called adult mushroom, consisting of two parts.
- Recipe This is a leg. It grows very actively (about 5 mm per minute). Fully grows (up to 25 cm) in about half an hour. The recipe has a cavity inside that reaches 4 mm in diameter. Its walls are loose, white in color, sometimes with a yellowish tinge.
- Hat. Located at the top of the leg. Conical or bell-shaped. Its structure is cellular, and the surface is covered with a layer of dark gleb - a viscous sweet mucus that ensures the adhesion of spores to the limbs of insects. The color of the cap is dark olive, brownish, about 5 cm in diameter. At the top of the cap there is a disk-shaped seal with a hole. This is where the controversy spreads. An adult mushroom exudes the smell of decomposition, rot, rotten meat. It is he who attracts insects and helps to find a mushroom among the forest thickets. The characteristic "aroma" is heard at a distance of 10-20 m.
An adult mushroom is also used for medicinal purposes, but it contains much less nutrients than a mushroom egg. A fully developed form does not last long. On the third day, the leg begins to decompose, the entire mushroom gradually decays, leaving behind a wet spot.
Attention: twins
It is important not to confuse the Veselka mushroom with the "twins" during the collection: the dog mutinus and the Hadrian Veselka.
- Mutinus. It has a smaller size, a darker shell, it comes out dirty, often with a yellow tint. Also, a characteristic feature of this twin lies in the method of attachment to the mycelium - it has several thin strands, while the common vest has only one, thick strand.
- Veselka Hadrian. Her eggs are distinguished by their color; purple streaks can be seen on their surface. These species have no medicinal value. In terms of medicinal properties, the only analogue of veselka is dictiophora. It is distinguished by the presence of a mesh veil in an adult fungus.
How to tie gladioli
Given the external characteristics of these flowers and their long stem, the question of a garter of gladioli will always be relevant, especially if the grower rarely appears on the site and only manages to plant the plants without providing them with further full care. If you do not fix the flowers at first, then after a month it will be too late to do this, since they will begin to fall to the side or completely fall to the ground, continuing to grow in a horizontal position.
In order to preserve the high decorativeness of gladioli for the entire period of their flowering, it is better to tie the plants while the sprouts are still relatively short and are located strictly vertically, but how exactly to tie the plants to the support (stick) installed next to it can be determined based on the number of flowers and the peculiarities of their location in the garden.
There are just as many ways to tie gladioli as your imagination and improvised materials are enough to implement your plan. In fact, so that the branches do not begin to bend and bend, and the adult flowers do not become completely crooked, you can simply drive a small support stake next to each plant and tie the stem to it with soft ropes.
When placing flowers in a row, it is often practiced to install a group protective structure, which can be done using a dense mesh or a rope stretched between two stakes. Such a structure is installed in the spring, digging it in the open ground by 8–10 cm (it is necessary to achieve high stability of the structure).
Important! When tying flowers to supports, try not to damage their stems with a rope, otherwise there is a possibility of damage to plants by pests and diseases
Veselka ordinary
What is so unusual about this mushroom, since it received such strange names, you will understand the moment you see it. And the whole thing is in a bizarre form.
A large number of people have not even heard that such a mushroom exists.And this is a shame, because it belongs to the useful varieties that help people and have healing properties. But even those who have an idea of what kind of species it is, rarely encounters a mushroom.
Interestingly, the veselka will never grow where it was once seen. Therefore, it takes a long time to look for it. Among themselves, mushroom pickers call Veselka a mystery mushroom, precisely because it is almost impossible to find it. But those who managed to do this claim that the mushroom is truly wonderful and information about its strong healing properties is not exaggerated.
Fruiting body
It is known that this type of mushroom has several stages of development. In the first stage, it has a round, but somewhat oblong shape, which somewhat resembles an egg. At this stage of development, its dimensions in height are approximately six centimeters, width varies within four centimeters.
The shade is somewhat yellowish, in some cases with white blotches. The dense skin that covers the mushroom hides a soft, mucous structure underneath, under which there is a denser tissue. Veselka has been at this stage for quite a long time, during which its size and other characteristics practically do not change.
After a few weeks, the "egg" gradually begins to crack and eventually breaks completely, which leads to the fact that the growth rate is significantly accelerated. Experts say that vestka after passing the egg stage begins to grow at a rate of about 0.5 centimeters per minute, growing up to 15 centimeters. Moreover, she has a long leg and a small hat. It is covered with mucus on top, which is dark brown in color. After the veselka has left the first stage of maturation, it begins to spread a rather unpleasant aroma that attracts many insects. This explains one of the names of the veselka - smelly morel.
Hat
The cap is attached rather weakly to the fruiting body, touching it it will be immediately clear that it is quite easy to tear it off with one light movement. It is bell-shaped, about three centimeters in diameter, and has a small hole on its upper surface.
There are a lot of spores in the mucus under the cap. It should be noted right away that this mucus has a very unpleasant odor, which can initially scare away mushroom pickers. Some of them claim that they smell the smell that comes from the veil already a few meters before its location. One can only imagine how intense the scent is. After the found insects eat up the entire layer of spores, the cap turns dull yellow, and the cells become clearly visible to the naked eye.
Leg
The leg of the jumper is considered to be quite long, its dimensions are about 13 centimeters, and the diameter can exceed two centimeters. It has the shape of a cylinder, its walls are thin and weak.
Edibility
Unfortunately, there is practically no data on how tasty the veselka is. Since it emanates too unpleasant aroma, few people risk trying it. However, those who dare to eat it leave mixed reviews. It is believed that this type of mushroom is not to everyone's taste, but only true gourmets can appreciate its magnificence. If we talk about what time it is preferable to eat veselka, then the very first stage of mushroom development is optimal for this.
It should also be borne in mind that this type of mushroom is used not only as a product for cooking. Veselka serves as raw material for the manufacture of various tablets, tinctures and decoctions, which are also used internally.
Thrips
These insects are very difficult to spot as they hide in the buds. Thrips feed on gladioli juice. When infected, the buds first turn white, then turn yellow and do not open.With the onset of cold weather, thrips penetrate the corms and hide under the scales, where they hibernate, feeding on its juice.
How to fight?
During the growing season, protective treatments against thrips (Aktara, Aktellik) begin before the appearance of the first peduncles, and then, depending on which drug is chosen, repeat the treatment after 10-14 days. During the season, it is enough to process the plants at least 3-4 times, without waiting for obvious signs of damage.
To protect the corms during storage, after digging them, they should be pickled: washed and immersed in a 3% solution of Karbofos or Fufanon for 7-12 minutes. Then they need to be rinsed and dried again. Some growers then place the planting material in a plastic bag, sprinkle it with dichlorvos and quickly tie it.
After 20-30 minutes, the bulbs are taken out of the bag and finally dried in a heated room for about 2 weeks. On the 10-14th day, lightly pressing the old bulbs from the bottom. It is recommended to store them in a cool dry place in paper bags or bags made of breathable fabric (regularly ventilated).
