  5. Chopped herbs (dill, parsley) are added at the last minute of cooking. If you like the spicy taste, you can add 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced in a press.

I took a can of canned red natural beans TM EKO for quick cooking cabbage soup with beans. Save the liquid from the beans. From it I will make homemade mayonnaise. It remains approximately 150 ml. I had half a can of beans. I used the other half in the salad. Cooking vegetables and mushrooms in cabbage soup. You can cut everything to your liking. I will chop finely, and I will not coarsely chop the cabbage either. The smaller it is, the more convenient it is to eat it in a spoonful of cabbage soup (this is my opinion!).
