How to make a salad with broccoli, chicken and mushrooms

The step-by-step instruction looks like this:
Cook the chicken fillet.
Cooking chicken is not at all difficult - dip the breast without film and bones in boiling water and cook for 20-30 minutes until tender. Add your favorite seasonings as desired.
Don't like boiled fillets? Cut it into thin pieces and fry in a dry skillet or grill. You can also bake in the oven.
Prepare mushrooms.
Rinse the mushrooms in cold water, drain in a colander and let the water drain. Then cut the mushrooms into slices and the onions into cubes or strips.
First, sweat the mushrooms in a dry frying pan - water and excess liquid will evaporate from them. As soon as the process stops, add vegetable and butter to the products.
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown, then add the onions and keep the dish on fire for a little more.
Then put the mushrooms and onions into a bowl, keeping out the excess oil from the pan.

Boil broccoli.
Place the cabbage in boiling water or steam it.
Chop the ingredients.
When the food is cool, chop it with a knife in any shape. Broccoli can be divided into florets and the chicken can be cut into cubes or fibers.
Combine all ingredients.
In a deep bowl, combine broccoli, chicken fillets and sautéed mushrooms. Add the sliced cucumbers and season the salad with the sauce of your choice.
Before serving, we advise you to hold the dish in the refrigerator for a while to cool and soak. Enough 30-50 minutes.

Broccoli, the recipes of which are little known, is an extremely healthy vegetable, as it contains a lot of vitamins and fiber. - broccoli cabbage (fresh or frozen) - 300 g;
- chicken fillet - 200 g;
- champignon mushrooms - 400 g;
- pickled cucumbers (preferably gherkins) - 100 g;
- onion;
- vegetable and butter - 50 g each
For the salad, use the original dressing - for it, take 100 g of mayonnaise and mix it with 20 g of curry. This will make a delicious, spicy sauce.
If you don't use mayonnaise, we suggest the following alternative dressings:
- sour cream with garlic;
- sour cream with curry;
- natural white yogurt with mustard or curry;
- a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice.
Any of these dressings will emphasize the unusualness of the broccoli salad, while the taste of the dish changes every time.
When you're done experimenting with sauces, start combining foods. Hard cheese, feta, corn or tomatoes go well with broccoli, chicken and mushrooms. You can substitute the smoked version for boiled chicken.
If you don't like champignons, take any other mushrooms. Also try adding pickled foods to your salad.
