Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cauliflower

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 carrots

  • 1 cup sour cream sauce
  • 8 lettuce leaves for garnish

Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put carrots, mushrooms in it, fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat. After this time, add the remaining vegetables to the pan, mix, fry until tender over low heat under the lid. Mix the vinegar and soy sauce. Drizzle vegetables with soy sauce mixed with rice vinegar, stir, remove from heat.

Fried vegetables with soy sauce are ready. Cool vegetables slightly and arrange on plates.

Cauliflower with mushrooms and cheese.

  • champignons - 100 g
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese

Mix everything and pour the cabbage with this mixture. Close the lid tightly. Simmer over low heat. When the cheese is melted, sprinkle with herbs. Let the cauliflower with mushrooms and cheese cool slightly and serve. Lovers can add garlic to the cheese.
