Recipe "Pasta with minced meat":
Finely chop the onion.
Pass the garlic through a press, finely chop the parsley (I had dried)
In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat together with the onion until tender.
Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well.
Keep the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, then put them in cold water and immediately peel. Cut each tomato into 4-6 slices. Add to the minced meat, add about 50 g of water, close the lid and simmer the minced meat with tomatoes over low heat until the moisture completely evaporates and the tomatoes turn into puree.
Turn off the heat, add 2 proteins to the pan and mix the minced meat well. Move aside.
Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked. Add butter and stir.
Grate hard cheese on the finest grater.
Bring the cream to a boil, reduce heat to low, add a tablespoon of melted cheese and dissolve in the cream. (Add a tablespoon, stir, add - stir). We do this with all the processed cheese. Cool the cheese-cream mixture to room temperature.
Drive the egg and the remaining 2 yolks into the creamy cheese mass and mix with a whisk (no need to beat!)
Grease a deep baking sheet or saucepan (form) with a little vegetable oil and put half of the pasta. Tamp well.
Sprinkle most of the grated cheese over the pasta and press down well with your hand.
Put out all the minced meat, crush it well with a spoon.
Put the rest of the pasta on the minced meat. Let's ram it well.
Fill with cheese and cream sauce.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
We put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. I (because I have a glass form) put it in a cold oven, then I turned it on and baked it for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open the door slightly and let our pasta stand for another 20 minutes.
