Butterfly pasta salad
Very tasty and wonderful Italian salad recipe. It's worth it to try it!
Ingredients:
- Butterfly pasta - 100 grams
- A bunch of parsley - 1 bunch
- Raw smoked sausage - 150 grams
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta, adding salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of oil to the water. Hard pasta is usually cooked for 10 minutes. After this time, we throw the pasta into a colander and rinse it under running cold water. We leave the pasta for 10-15 minutes, so that they drain from the water and cool.
- Cut pickled cucumbers into slices, which in turn are divided into four parts.
- We cut smoked sausage in the same way as pickled cucumbers - into slices, dividing them into four parts.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Put cooled pasta, pickles, smoked sausage in one dish. We mix. Add mayonnaise (preferably "homemade"). And once again, mix everything thoroughly.
Italian salad with pasta, cheese, ham, herbs and olives
Delicious and satisfying pasta salad! Any type of durum wheat pasta can be used. This will not change the wonderful taste!
Ingredients:
- Hard pasta (any) - 250 g
- Ham - 250 g
- Edam cheese - 250 g
- Red tomato - 1 pc.
- Sweet yellow pepper (large) - 1 pc.
- Pitted olives - 30 g
- Dill greens - 5 g
- Parsley - 5 g
- Fresh basil - 5 g
- Mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta in salted water, leaving it a little hard.
- Cut into strips, on a cutting board, cheese and ham.
- Cut the tomato and bell pepper into slices.
- Mix all the cooked slices and add to the boiled pasta.
- Add mayonnaise to the salad, stir the salad, put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and olives.
Orzo pasta salad with chicken and tomatoes
Summer is a light but hearty salad.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 2 parts
- Onions - 1 piece
- Large tomato - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.
- Orzo - -200 g
- Water - 2.5 cups
- Green peas - 1 can
- Salt, basil leaves and spices to taste
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, fry and season.
Add oil and two basil leaves to a saucepan. Fry the chopped onion. When the onions are browned, remove the basil and discard.
Remove the large tomato from the skin (dipping in boiling water, then cooling in cold water and removing the skin), cut the pulp into cubes.
Pour olive oil into a separate pan and add orzo
Fry until golden brown, carefully fill with water.
Add chicken fillet and tomato slices to the fried onions, season to taste.
We are waiting for the tomatoes to let juice.
When the orzo has almost absorbed all the liquid, add the tomato mixture.
Add the peas from the jar and warm up.
Salad ready!
Pasta and tuna salad
Salad can be a godsend for a housewife! The salad is tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. The recipe is designed for 8 servings and 30-35 minutes of cooking.
Ingredients:
- Small pasta (bows, horns, shells, feathers, etc.) - 500-550 grams
- Canned tuna - 340 grams (1 can)
- Sweet pepper, bulgarian, large - 1 piece
- Canned green peas - 340 grams (1 can)
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Bulb onion, large head - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper, salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 200 grams
- Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
- Dried thyme - 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Boil water in a suitable saucepan (3-4 liters), add some salt and add pasta. Stir the pasta to prevent clumping. Make sure that the foam does not rise and flood the stove when boiling again. Cook until tender. We put them in a colander, let them dry and wait until they cool to room temperature.
- We remove the tail from the bell pepper, cut it, remove the core with the seeds, cut the pepper into small cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion into small cubes.
- Wash the celery from possible dirt and dust under running water. Chop the celery stalk into small cubes.
- After opening a can of tuna, drain all the liquid from this can. Mash the tuna meat with a fork until it becomes a soft gruel.
- We open the jar with peas. We also drain the liquid.
- Now we are preparing a salad dressing: put mayonnaise in a bowl or glass convenient for mixing, add lemon juice and thyme. Mix until smooth.
- Pasta, pepper, celery, onion, tuna meat, green peas cooled to room temperature - mix. Add the previously made dressing to the salad. We check the taste for the sufficiency of salt and spices. If not enough, add to taste.
A wonderful salad is ready!
Warm pasta salad with chicken, celery and cucumber
The recipe is delicious, simple and proven.
Ingredients:
- Pasta - 200 gr.
- Chicken thigh - 1 piece
- Sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 stalk
- Homemade mayonnaise - 2 teaspoons
- Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - a few twigs
Preparation:
- We put the pasta to cook.
- Put the chicken thigh in a bag and beat it lightly. Then, add freshly ground black pepper, salt and about 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the same bag. It is good to mash all this in a bag so that it is soaked and send it to the grill pan to fry for 3 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, the washed, peeled vegetables: pepper (one quarter), cucumber, celery are cut into small cubes.
- Strain the pasta from the water. Put in a deep bowl, add to them 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of thick yogurt, mix, add chopped garlic, chopped vegetables, a little ground pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley. We mix.
- Put the cooked pasta on a plate, put the fried meat cut into strips on top of them.
- To make homemade mayonnaise, we need: mix 1 yolk with 1 teaspoon of mustard, add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, mix and pour in about 200 ml of olive oil in a thin stream.
