	The Metropolitan variety was bred in France in 2004 by Alan Meilland. Quite narrow, but tall bushes are formed by strong, straight shoots, which are covered with a large number of dark green leaves with a slight sheen. Large buds have a pointed end and consist of 20-25 petals. The color of the flower, 12 to 13 cm wide, is whiter than that of the Pascali variety. 	The La Paloma variety was created in Germany. Small bushes from half a meter to 0.6 meters in height are formed by branched powerful shoots. They are covered with dark green foliage. At the beginning of flowering, the flowers are colored in a light cream shade and with a delicate lemon center, but then they become almost snow-white. Resists disease well
	White Roadrunner variety was obtained in 2001 in Germany. Dense bushes, reaching a height of about half a meter, formed by spectacular shoots with a lot of branching. The beautiful appearance is complemented by dense, slightly leathery leaves, painted in a thick green tint. Their special advantage is that they are not affected by diseases. White flowers with a strong aroma, about five centimeters wide, bloom in cluster-type inflorescences in several waves per season. The number of flowers per inflorescence can vary from five to ten.
	The variety "White Bouquet" or "Korsnoda" (White Bouquet / Korsnoda) was bred in 2007 in Germany. Low bushes, consisting of fairly strong well-branched shoots, can reach up to half a meter. Terry flowers, four to five cm wide, bloom in inflorescences, consisting of three to five pieces. Lush bloom continues throughout the warm season. Strong resistance to powdery mildew

	The Ice Meillandecor variety was created in 1996 at the famous French company Meilland. A small but very powerful and wide bush formed by shoots about 70-80 cm long (may be longer), on which there are a huge number of thorns. The advantage of this variety is that the shoots are covered with a large number of green leaves along the entire length, which persist for a long time. Semi-double flowers, about five or six centimeters wide, bloom in brush-type inflorescences, in which there are from five to ten pieces.
Ground cover white roses
	The Arctica variety was obtained in 2004 in Germany. The bushes are about 60 cm high and reach a width of almost 1.2 meters. The shoots are covered with beautiful leaves of a thick green shade with a glossy top. Moreover, each sheet consists of seven leaflets. Small, double, odorless white flowers with a width of four to five centimeters form inflorescences, consisting of 10-15 pieces. They bloom from orange buds. The life span of a flower is about 8 days.
	The variety "Nemo" (Nemo) was bred in 2001 in Germany. Broad shrubs, from 0.8 to one meter in height, consist of gracefully sloping and branched shoots, covered with foliage with a sheen of bright green color. Non-double flowers, about 4 cm wide, are painted in a white shade. The flower is decorated with a large number of stamens with yellow anthers in the middle. Flowers open from pale pink buds in panicle-type inflorescences, where there are from five to ten pieces
	Sort "Swan Carpet" (Snow Cover) obtained in 1992 in Denmark. Low and very wide bushes reach a height of 40 to 1 meter. The width can be up to two meters. Very small white semi-double flowers in width are from three to four centimeters. They bloom in large numbers on a bush of pinkish buds. At first, the flowers have a slight pink tint, but turn white rather quickly. They are collected in five to ten pieces in inflorescences. This variety attracts attention with its lush flowering, which is practically uninterrupted.
Climbing white roses
	The Long John Silver variety was created back in 1934 in the United States, but to this day it stands out among other climbing roses with its vigor and size of the bush. A very tall and sprawling bush can reach 3-5 meters in height and up to 3 meters in width. Long, poorly bending shoots, covered with a huge number of large thorns, form an erect bush shape. The rounded shape of large and slightly convex leaves is also interesting. The lower part of the shoots is bare and does not look very nice. Densely double flowers, from 9 to 11 cm wide, painted in a beautiful white shiny shade. They are located in fairly dense brush-type inflorescences of 3-5 pieces. Can bloom again
	The Thalia variety was bred in France in 1895, but later bought by Lambert. Vigorous bushes, reaching a height of 3 to 4 meters, and a width of up to 2.5 meters, are distinguished by early flowering.Slightly sloping and branched shoots are covered with attractive green leaves and few thorns. Quite powerful and large bushes with a height of two to three meters are formed by slightly branched, slightly curving shoots. Miniature white roses
	Blanca Parade was created in 2001 in Denmark. Very small bushes are slightly rounded and 30 to 40 cm high, formed by branched shoots, which are covered with beautiful bright green leaves. Semi-double flowers, three to four centimeters wide, are painted in a whitish-cream shade. One shoot usually produces from one to three flowers. The lush bloom is repeated throughout the summer. This variety reproduces well with cuttings.
	The White Meillandina variety was bred in France in 1984 by the famous breeder Meilland. Fluffy compact bushes from half a meter to 60 cm in height consist of many branched shoots covered with leaves of bright green color. White semi-double flowers, four to five centimeters wide, have no aroma. Flowers are formed in inflorescences, which consist of three to five pieces. White vintage roses
	Alba Suaveolens is one of the oldest roses since it was harvested before 1750. Sprawling bushes one and a half to two meters high and one to two meters wide are formed by powerful, slightly inclined shoots. They can grow with or without support. Bright green leaves have a gray-bluish bloom. Double white flowers about 7 cm in size, consisting of 35 petals, show the middle during flowering. There are beautiful stamens with yellow anthers. Flowers bloom in inflorescences, which usually contain five to ten pieces. Lush bloom occurs once a summer (May - June). During flowering, a strong fruit aroma is felt around the bush. 	The White Jacques Cartier variety, which belongs to remontant hybrids, was created in 2001 in Denmark. Bushy bushes with a height of 90 to 120 cm consist of branched shoots, which are covered with leaves of a bright green hue. Double white flowers with a small bright spot in the middle (like a button) are 6 to 8 cm in size. They are formed at the ends of the shoots in inflorescences consisting of 3-5 flowers. 	Horse meat "Laxa" (Rosa canina ‘Laxa’) is usually used as a rootstock, because it forms a minimum amount of root growth, almost no thorns. Also, varietal roses grown on this rootstock form beautiful and compact bushes. White flowers, 5 to 6 cm wide, have a very small but very pleasant aroma. They open at the tops of the shoots one at a time or in inflorescences.
	Rosa rugosa f. Alba was first discovered in Japan and the Far East. White simple flowers ranging in size from 6 to 12 cm with a strong attractive aroma bloom throughout the summer. In autumn, the bushes are decorated with edible fruits with a bright red color, which have medicinal properties.

Schneewittchen

Rose flowers 'Midsummer Snow' they have a sweet aroma and are resistant to rain, which is important. This small-flowered shrub rose up to 70 cm tall is perfect for growing in a pot.

Wonderful duet - shrub beauty 'Nevada’With delicately scented flowers and a white foxglove. A rose of this variety has drooping shoots, it grows up to 2.5 m both in breadth and upward.

 

For low, fragrant hedges, a wrinkled remontant rose, or rugosa rose, ‘Schnee-Eule’ with double flowers, is a good candidate. She reaches a meter height and sheds withered petals herself.

The white queen is beautiful, but capricious: these roses more often than others suffer from black spot. Therefore, plants need to be treated with special preparations and their health must be strengthened in all possible ways. In addition, light roses in June - July, like magnets, attract beetles and bronzes. Fighting them with chemicals has almost no effect, the only option is to collect them manually in the morning (at this time of day, the pests are inactive).

The last Achilles heel of many white roses - their flowers are afraid of bad weather and dampness. After rain, for example, snow-white buds turn into rags, and nothing can be done about it. The only way out is to choose plants of such varieties, the flowers of which are resistant to rain. Otherwise, caring for white roses is the same as for everyone else.
