Fertilizers for pepper and its cultivation

Fertilizers for pepper are applied in order to get a larger amount of the crop. So, during the entire growing season, this vegetable crop needs three obligatory dressings.

The very first is carried out during the immediate abundant flowering. Use crushed nettle, plantain, dandelion, and coltsfoot leaves to prepare the nutrient solution. Add them to a bucket filled with dung and woody gold. Fill this mixture with water and after 5-6 hours begin to apply fertilizers at the rate of 1 liter per one pepper bush.

In addition, the cultivation of pepper requires constant watering. Otherwise, with a lack of moisture and high air temperature (especially if this is typical for your climatic region), the plant may die. Keep in mind that watering the pepper should be 5 liters of water per square meter of land. To take care of the pepper as correct as possible, use only warm water.

All peppers are vulnerable to the harmful effects of cold winds. To preserve the harvest, it is advisable to plant peas and beans around it, which will weave along high supports or trellises.

As you can see, how to grow pepper depends on many small nuances, but at the same time important. For example, few people are aware that once a vegetable plant reaches approximately 25 cm in height, its tops must be carefully pinched. As for the side shoots of pepper, they must be gradually removed as they appear. By following these simple tips, you will get high yields!

I have never pinched the top of a pepper or removed the side shoots. Perhaps for this reason, its harvest was low. As for fertilizing with nettles and plantain, humus will be no worse.
