Eyebright herb is used to improve vision, for the treatment and prevention of glaucoma, cataracts and various types of damage, eye irritation.

Eyebright preparations are used both internally and externally for diseases such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis, to eliminate clouding and spotting of the cornea of ​​the eyes, and they are also able to relieve their fatigue.

For the treatment and prevention of various eye diseases, the entire aerial part of the eyebright grass, collected during the period when it blooms, is used. The aqueous solution is instilled into the eyes or the eyes are washed with it.
