Malfunctions and their elimination
In the event of a malfunction in the cultivator, it is best to contact the service department, especially if the warranty on the unit has not expired. Most often, the warranty is given for 2 years. If it is not possible to go to specialists, you can use the advice from the instructions:
- If the engine starts hard or does not start at all, the reason may be a malfunction of the ignition system or a clogged carburetor. For repair, you need to clean, adjust or replace the spark plug. If the problem is in the carburetor, clean it.
- The engine overheats - the problem is a clogged cooling system or air filter. The cooling system and air filter need to be cleaned or replaced.
- The motor does not drive the output shafts of the gearbox - the problem is the slippage of the V-belt drive belt. The second reason is the adhesion of a large amount of soil, dirt to the cultivator or the ingress of large objects. To eliminate it, you need to adjust the tension of the V-belt transmission or replace the belt. If the cultivator gets dirty, stop the engine and clean it from dirt and foreign objects.
- The engine does not pick up maximum speed - the reason may be a clogged air filter. The element needs to be cleaned or replaced.
If the problem persists, the manufacturer strongly recommends contacting the service center. But there are out-of-warranty cases when the seller is not responsible for any damage.
EQUIPMENT
Only professional sleeve engines with a large motor resource from leading world manufacturers are installed on the motor-cultivator. Household engines are not installed.
During operation, the cultivator does not create any load on the hands at all. You won't feel tired after work! The design of the cultivator was developed from scratch. The most difficult task was to achieve the ideal weight distribution inherent in Premium class walk-behind tractors, while maintaining a low cost. But the engineers and designers of our company succeeded!
Structurally, the opener is combined with transport wheels, you can easily take the cultivator to the place of work without damaging the lawn or paving slabs with knives. The rear positioning of the wheels allows the cultivator to be moved without stress on the arms and back, unlike when the wheels are located at the front. To start working and cultivating the land, you only need to turn the opener 180 degrees.
The handlebar of the cultivator can be adjusted in height. There are three fixed positions. Thus, it will be convenient for an operator of any height to work.
The motor cultivator is equipped with an ergonomic clutch handle and an accelerator from the world leader, the Italian company Start. The clutch handle has a variable shoulder so there is no stress on the wrist when pressed. The handles are made of a special anti-vibration alloy, which makes your work comfortable.
The knives are made of a special alloy and have a unique design, designed for a certain weight of the cultivator. The knives are hardened by high-frequency currents and sharpen themselves in the ground during operation. The cutter has a collapsible design.
The motor cultivator fully complies with all EAC requirements and has all the necessary quality certificates
But it is even more important that the MKM-1 cultivator meets all the requirements of the GOST standard. User safety always comes first for us! (GOST R ISO 11449-99)
Each cultivator is individually numbered and the collector's name
This is a guarantee that the cultivator is made with high quality and tested.

The lineup
Mobile K equipment is presented in several models. They can be divided into 4 groups: MKM-1, MKM-2, MKM-1R, MKM-2R. But each of them has its own modifications, which differ in several parameters. The Mobile K MKM motor cultivator has received mostly positive feedback from users.
MKM-1R
The MKM-1R motor-cultivator is presented in several modifications: MKM-1R 168FB, MKM-1R-B6.5, MKM-1P-GP200. All 3 models have almost the same characteristics. They differ by the engine manufacturer: Mobile K 168FB, Briggs & Stratton RS950, Honda GP-200, respectively.
The convenient design of this model allows you to change the working width by 27, 67 and 97 cm.Thanks to the crop protection discs included in the kit, the width can be increased to 45, 75 and 105 cm.In the design of the cultivator, you can note a powerful 4-stroke 6.5 engine hp, a reinforced gearbox of our own design and knives made of a special alloy sharpen themselves in the ground during operation.
The steering wheel has 3 lockable positions - easy to use for any height. The cultivator is completely made of metal and does not contain any plastic elements. Despite the weight of 58 kg, the manufacturer promises a minimum load on the back and arms when moving the device due to a special design.
This allows most hand tools to be replaced. The motor-cultivator Mobile K MKM-1R is convenient to use not only for working on large areas, but also on flower beds and aisles.
MKM-2R
The MKM-2R model has the following modifications:
- DC5.5;
- DC6.5;
- B6;
