Water thoroughly
Plants in pots require a significant amount of water, it is not enough just to moisten the surface of the earth - water should be watered until water begins to drip through the holes in the bottom.
Fertilize regularly
The soil in pots, even with abundant initial saturation of nutrients, loses them very quickly, especially when the flower is in the growing season. Therefore, it is recommended to water the soil with a solution enriched with trace elements twice a month, which can be found in any store that has a section for amateur gardeners.
Choose the right pot size
Small pots are often the cause of plant death - little soil is placed in them, which leads to insufficient root nutrition and rapid evaporation of moisture even from the middle layers of the soil. Therefore, for garden pot plantings, it is better to choose deep planters.
Add holes in the base of the pot
If there are no holes in the pot for the passage of excess moisture, they must be done.
