It's no secret that in stores we can find salvation from any "infection" at our dacha. Regardless of whether your garden is suffering from poor soil, drought or cold, there are ways to remedy these troubles that will cost you almost nothing!

Sowing seeds is now much easier! You don't need to make furrows yourself. Just take a rake and screw a wine stopper to each prong. With a slight movement of your hand, the soil will turn into neat grooves!

Pours like a bucket

How we get tired of watering the plants all the time! All summer we go with a watering can, a hose. Unfortunately, not everyone has enough money for the irrigation system. Still, the cheapest of them cost at least 5,000 rubles! But you want to have a garden and a vegetable garden. So we came up with a simple solution. Use a regular bottle and sock! Punch holes in the sides, then insert a sock into them - the fabric will absorb and hold water, slowly distributing it over the plants. Unscrew the cap and refill the bottle when you're ready to water.

Change without looking

Here's a trick that lets you enjoy all kinds of plants without lifting your shovel at all! Place plastic pots of your favorite flower right in the soil. When they have faded, just take out the old pot and replace it with a new one with any other plant! Be sure to choose pots with drainage holes. To make your temporary flowers look like home next to perennial flowers, cover the garden with a layer of mulch.

Garden beds without a hoe

To turn a pile of grass into a garden bed, you don't have to break your back digging everything around. Just put compost or manure right in the place of your choice, then cover the grass with cardboard (or newspaper in 3 layers), like a roof with tiles. Put another 10-15 cm of compost or humus on top, spill it (you can use a solution of Baikal - EM 1 tablespoon on a bucket of water). And then just wait! After 2-3 weeks, the soil will be suitable for planting edible or ornamental plants of your choice.

Garden in a bag

Don't call it lazy gardening - it's just an ingenious time-saver! By growing your garden right in the bag, you eliminate the need to cultivate and improve bad soil. And not only that, you will save more than one hour, which you usually spend on weeding. Unfortunately, this trick only works on small plants like lettuce and tomatoes. For those with deeper roots, choose raised beds or deep containers instead of a bag.
