We live in central Russia so it turns out that we have a dacha that gives us such a wonderful and rich harvest every year, this time we have something to boast about and show all of you that we are not just relaxing on our site, but are really growing a rich harvest.
If it were not for our hard work and love for land and gardening, we would be sitting on beans, like many who live in our immediate vicinity, we are still very lucky that the Samara River flows next to our dacha, this is a big plus for vegetables and fruits that rise so quickly in growth thanks to constant watering, I wish you all that you all have such an abundance and wealth on your site.
Fleshy tomatoes are our special pride, what is the most important thing in tomatoes? watering? no, not watering the main thing on time and properly fertilizing the soil and during active growth to water with sour water on manure, this is the best method in growing such wonderful tomatoes, this is how we live with Our rich harvest.
Finally, the long-awaited time has come when it is time to start harvesting our rich harvest, we have been waiting for this time for a long time and, strangely enough, we started with harvesting turnips, since we were taking this wonderful root crop from the garden all day, we were pretty pretty tired, and by the end of the day at we no longer had the strength to take photographs.
How nice it is when such large and tasty eggplants grow, our parents and I still do not believe in such a rich harvest that we have produced, this is quite normal, especially if you live in central Russia, with two such eggplants you can cook a good roast for grill, which is what we'll do!
And of course, what can I say, if on our table there is not enough such a noble vegetable as hot pepper, probably many will agree with me that there is no tastier spice and additives like a spicy pepper.
We plant hot peppers every year and sometimes even in winter we grow them on the windowsill, since this spice is the most demanded in our family, I wish everyone the same rich harvest as ours.
With such a harvest, we get a wonderful marinade for the winter, red bell pepper will perfectly complement our range of dishes that we stock up for the winter, how would we live if it were not for our rich harvest, and who loves red bell pepper salads, we can share the recipe.
Bell pepper is a pretty tasty vegetable, and the salads from it that my parents and I make for the winter are simply delicious, I personally am a lover of such delicious dishes.
This is the kind of cabbage we grow! and it is weak for you to grow such? 🙂 we have about fifty heads of such forks, of course we will divide it into several families, but we will pickle the main part for the winter and prepare a lot of goodies, it's not for nothing that we love our rich harvest and are always proud of our big victories in terms of breeding, the main thing is when growing cabbage of this size is drip irrigation for the night, we have been watering this way for 5 years and have never been disappointed, we wish you good luck with your victories on six hundred parts.
The other day we did a great job and harvested the best and richest harvest, we did not expect that onions would be so ripe with us, now it remains to dry it and pack it in stockings.
Every year we plant our wonderful cherry tomatoes, which we are very proud of, because there is no vegetable more beautiful and tastier than these small touching tomatoes, so this year our rich harvest surprised us.
We have long dreamed of our grapes, and now, after 7 years, we still achieved our result and grew our rich grape harvest, to achieve such a result we needed a lot of effort.
Most importantly, if you grow grapes and it has given you capital roots, it must be covered with something warm every autumn closer to frost, this precaution is necessary so that the grapes do not freeze in winter and its roots remain in perfect order, we personally cover the grapes with everyone using improvised means batwa rag straw and burlap, and that is why our grapes are so lush and beautiful and, most importantly, very sweet.
We achieved a rich potato crop this year by starting to water / irrigate the soil with water soaked in manure, this contributed to the full germination and ripening of potatoes, we collected two hundred buckets of potatoes and one hundred twenty buckets of selected large potatoes, thereby we broke our last year's record , the main and not least important factor that we take into account, in the fall it is always necessary to fertilize abundantly with manure before plowing the site.
Well, what about the Astrakhan watermelons that we mentioned earlier, went to their full height, and now it is already difficult to distinguish the difference between the local and those brought from Astrakhan, today we found that one of the grown watermelons weighs almost 18 kilograms, you must agree this is not a little if take into account that we did not grow them in the south, but in central Russia, personally, I am very glad that I still waited for the moment when I would pick my first watermelon this year !!!
