The subtleties of cleaning and storage

Growing an apple crop is not easy, but it can be more difficult to preserve it. Fruits for long-term storage are harvested in dry weather, only by hand and with great care. It is unacceptable to shake apples from trees, broken fruits are not stored. They are harvested along with the stalk. Do not remove apples by pulling them down, twisting or pulling.
