The greenhouse, of course, smooths out the weather "roughness", but outside the enclosed space - in the open field, tomatoes still react to every change in the environment.

Differences in tomato varieties

Each tomato variety has its own face. Behind each are years of labor of breeders and decades of popular selection. The beauty of today's best tomato varieties is the variety.
