The scheme of work with regional buyers is as follows: you choose equipment and place an order on the website with payment by bank transfer, leaving your phone number to contact you, and your wishes for the transport company, if you prefer a certain carrier.
Our manager will contact you and agree on the cost and delivery time. You pay the bill through any bank. After receiving the money in our account, we deliver the goods to the transport company, which sends it in accordance with its schedule.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to open the packaging and make sure that there are no defects and its completeness in the presence of the courier making the delivery or a representative of the transport company. Complaints about the appearance of the delivered goods in accordance with Art. 458 and 459 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are accepted only before the goods are transferred to the buyer.
In case of finding defects in the goods received, you draw up a quality control act, sign it with a representative of the transport company, and send the goods to our address.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days after receiving the goods. In this case, you are obliged to compensate for the cost of transport costs, as well as to transfer to us the goods that were not used, which have retained their presentation in full completeness and serviceability.
