Selection criteria

Special heat-resistant boots

The main purpose of special heat-resistant boots is to protect the feet from heat flows, bruises, punctures and other mechanical damage. In addition, they protect personnel from water, the action of various aggressive media (fuels, oils, acids, alkalis, surfactants).

We offer two of the most common types of heat-resistant boots that have proven themselves well in combat work:

• Special heat-resistant rubber boots
  The design of the boots includes shock-protective elements, an anti-slip sole and an anti-puncture insole that can withstand puncture resistance up to 1200 N. Impact-protective elements in the area of ​​the back of the foot, lower leg and ankle joint are capable of absorbing up to 60% of the impact energy. The toe of the boot can withstand impact energy up to 200 J.
• Special heat-resistant PVC boots
  They are made by injection molding of PVC compound with an inner textile lining, reinforced with a metal toe cap and insole, have an anti-slip sole with a heel, reinforcement of the forefoot and ankle joints.

The boots are equipped with an insert heat-insulating stocking made of a half-woolen bike, designed to protect against convective heat and low temperatures (up to minus 40 ° C).

Handling and care

To extend the service life of welding gloves, you should adhere to several rules regarding their care:

• regular washing: split leather is washed poorly enough, tarpaulin and asbestos ones tolerate the procedure well;
• it is recommended to clean leather gloves with chemicals that are used to remove dirt from ordinary leather products;
• no liquid should remain inside the garments, so dry them thoroughly after washing or cleaning.

Its useful to note. Often welders do not take care of the mittens in any way, but simply use them until they become unusable. Then they take new ones.

Insulated

They belong to the winter version of special technical gloves, they are used in frosty conditions during the outdoor work process. The outer side of the product is made of cotton or tarpaulin of different thicknesses. These types of fabrics have good wear resistance and strength.
