The handles of the products have an ergonomic shape and are made of a polymer material that is resistant to aggressive influences and slipping out of hands. Before being delivered to the Russian market, all goods are certified in accordance with the standards in force in the Russian Federation. All the tools produced by the company are distinguished by a bright orange color, which was done not only for the sake of branding, but also to make it easier to find them in the event of a fall in low light.

The rights to the Ermak trademark belong to the Gala-Center wholesale and retail group of companies, which was founded in the late 90s of the last century. By 2019, the firm offers more than 30 brands of home, car and home furnishings. Moreover, each brand owned by the company has a relatively narrow specialization. Under the TM "Ermak" only tools for the house, construction site and a car, as well as their sets, are sold.
The brand got its name in honor of the Cossack chieftain Ermak Timofeevich, the famous conqueror of Siberia. The main part of production capacity is concentrated in Taiwan, China and India, but quality control is carried out mainly by specialists from the Russian Federation. The firm has large offices in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, and service centers and trade representations are open in the capitals of all regions of Russia.
