Motoblock Kama MB 75

Auto mechanic specializing in agricultural machinery

Motoblock Kama has become the main choice of many Russian summer residents and farmers. The reason for this is simple: a wide range of units, low price, decent quality. The manufacturer offers products for every taste and for every need. In addition, he is able to provide his own attachments. Kama is an excellent example of Russian-Chinese cooperation.

Motoblocks Kama are a child of cooperation between domestic and Chinese manufacturers. They are made at the Soyuzmash plant from units and spare parts manufactured in the PRC. Due to this, the consumer can count on a low price with good quality of the unit itself.

Motoblocks of this brand can boast of the presence of power take-off pulleys, and the width of the walk-behind tractor and its overall dimensions vary depending on market requirements. In addition to the units themselves, the company offers a full line of attachments - from cutters to potato planters. Some of the devices are already presented in the set of walk-behind tractors.

There are two main lines of cars - diesel and gasoline.

General information, purpose and design features

Kama MVK 651 has a long operational life due to high-quality parts for which a warranty is provided. In addition, all components of the product have been successfully tested under various conditions at extremely low and high temperatures. The machine allows hilling and cultivating the soil, plowing, mowing grass and thickets, transporting loads weighing up to 500 kg, and also taking part in pumping water from reservoirs. When cultivating virgin lands, it is advisable to install ground hooks and weighting materials.

The Kama MVK 651 model has a foldable handle that can be adjusted depending on the operator's height. Thus, it will be more convenient for the driver to use the equipment, and besides, he will be less tired after many hours of work. In extreme cases, the handle can be dismantled altogether, which will greatly simplify the process of transporting the product.

It is also worth paying attention to the functionality of the handle - all the main switches responsible for controlling the cultivator are built into it. Among them, we single out the gas levers, brakes, clutches, gear changes, and other switches.

Terms of use

The cultivator of the same name, like any other mechanism, needs timely maintenance. Maintenance cannot be avoided even in the presence of high-quality components that are used in the Kama MVK 651 technique. Only following the manufacturer's recommendations will be able to extend the service life of the product, as well as increase the schedule before the engine is overhauled

So, among these recommendations, the running-in of the cultivator is considered especially important. This is a key procedure that affects the life of the machine.

Running in does not require any skill and consists of just a few simple steps:

Checking and adjusting all internal connections, keeping them in working order before the first start of the engine. If necessary, add oil and fuel to the engine
After turning on the ignition, let the engine run for 40-50 minutes. This will ensure warm-up and running-in of parts before leaving the field.
Departure of equipment to the treated area. This stage of running-in allows you to fully assess the capabilities of the equipment, as well as, possibly, extend its service life for many years. So, during the running-in, hilling of territories, plowing, formation of beds, cultivation, planting and digging of root crops, as well as other types of soil cultivation, are allowed.In any case, the load on the cultivator should be 50% of its maximum capacity.

For example, if the maximum carrying capacity during the transportation of goods is 600 kg, then during running-in, no more than 300 kg of cargo is allowed.
During the running-in process, the moving mechanisms should be regularly checked, for example, pay attention to the condition of the wheels and controls. So, the gears should turn on smoothly, without delays, without vibrations and extraneous noise.

The same goes for the engine.
After 15 hours, the running-in is considered complete, and you can proceed to the final technical inspection of the cultivator. You can also change the oil and fuel.
The next day the cultivator is completely ready for operation, and the load is 100%.

First start-up and operating instructions

How to properly start operating a walk-behind tractor?

  • In the first 20 hours, the engine and transmission rub against each other, so it should not be overloaded during this period.
  • When using the cutter, you should not immediately drive it deeply into the soil. The maximum immersion in the soil during this period is 10 cm.
  • Do not overload the Compact walk-behind tractor when cultivating solid soil.
  • The maximum carrying capacity of the trailer during this period should not exceed 200 kg.
  • The presence of oil in the oil tank should be checked every day. It should be as full as possible, since during this period all parts of the mechanism are actively lubricated.
  • If any connections are loose, tighten them.

The gearbox has three stages. Two speeds for driving forward and one for driving backward.

There is a possibility of additional equipment with a support wheel. It is intended for additional stabilization of the product when operating with loose rocks or on cutters.

Review of attachments for motoblocks "Parma"

Attachments from the manufacturers Favorit, Kaskad, Zubr, Ugra can be analogs of branded attachments for Parma devices.

Milling cutter

Parma units are supplied complete with cutters. These cutters are collapsible type, made of hardened steel. The number of cutters is 8, the shape is saber-shaped. Place of installation in place of wheels. The photo below shows the correct assembly scheme for cutters for a walk-behind tractor.

Assembly diagram of a cutter for a walk-behind tractor

When assembling the cutters, as well as when installing them on the axis, use heavy cloth gloves so as not to injure your hands. During the cultivation process, the operator of the walk-behind tractor should be shod in closed shoes with dense soles.

Adapter, trailer

For any type of "Parma" walk-behind tractor, adapters, couplings and carts from such walk-behind tractors as "Neva", "Ugra", "Zubr", "Viking", "Bulat" and others can be used. The manufacturer does not really matter, the main thing in choosing an adapter is the method of fastening, a strong hitch, and sufficient engine power.

Adapter options: Motor Sich AD-2V, BUM-3, Zirka 105, Zirka 41. Trailer options: dump or conventional, brands AMS-400-03, AMS-00, AMS-03, PM-07S, Starkoni trailers, TM Yarilo other.

Mower

The most popular type of mower for any walk-behind tractor is a rotary mower. This is confirmed by the video on the Internet, and the forum of farmers, where each owner is in a hurry to show off his variety of attachments. Recommended models of mowers for Parma: Motor-sich KRN 2S, SHIP KR-02, Centaur KR-02U, KR-09, VM-02 from Forte, Grunfield 360, KR-06 SHIP and others.

Standard dimensions of lugs (depending on the size of the wheels of the machine) in mm: 450/160, 560/130, 560/160, 380/155, 450/160, 450/150.

Lugs

Plow

The use of a plow is indispensable when working with virgin soil, when preparing the soil for seasonal cultivation and planting crops. Which plow is better to choose for the Parma walk-behind tractor? The device will work perfectly both with a classic fixed plow with a simple attachment, and with more complex reversible structures, single-body, double-body plows.

Plows from motoblocks and motor-cultivators "Neva", "Zubr", "Ugra", "Centaur", "Viking", "Favorite" are also suitable for "Parma". The plowing depth is regulated by the opener, which is supplied with each "Parma" walk-behind tractor.

Snow blower, blade-shovel

A snow blower is an indispensable equipment for winter. The most popular snow blowers are those that work on the principle of throwing snow, as well as ordinary shovels, with which you can push snow, clearing the path. The dump shovel will cope well with the removal of a large layer of leaves.

Standard dimensions of shovels: length - 100 cm, 90 cm, 80 cm, 120 cm. Shovel height: 45, 50, 60 cm. Recommended models of snow blowers: auger under belt drive, auger Grunfield ST360, Zirka 61, Corundum.

Potato digger and potato planter

Most owners of motoblocks, especially machines of small and medium power, use a conventional stationary potato digger of the "Mole" type. It is allowed to use more complex structures from Agropomichnik, TM Volodar, Yarilo, for example, KMT-1, KMT-3, A-5.

For planting potatoes, use the following types of potato planters: TM "SHIP" "Green" for 20 liters, TM "ARA" for 20 liters, KSC-1, KSM-2.

  • the chain of the walk-behind tractor has a pulling force of 180 kgf;
  • there is a reverse gear;
  • conveniently shaped gear lever;
  • a large number of attachments are suitable for the Forza MK 80 walk-behind tractor;
  • there is a front hitch for the front hitch;
  • the steering wheel is adjustable;
  • the frame of the walk-behind tractor is reinforced and can withstand the weight of the load along with the weight of the operator when connecting the cart, adapter or trailer;
  • walk-behind tractors are simply controlled, operate in temperature conditions up to minus 40 degrees Celsius.

Maintenance of the walk-behind tractor is carried out according to the standard scheme:

  • after the first start-up of a new walk-behind tractor, running-in is performed for 20 or 25 hours;
  • after running-in, the oil changes;
  • in the future, the oil is changed every 50-100 hours (depending on the load level and the degree of dustiness in the air at the site);
  • gear oil: TAD - 17D, TAP - 15V or analogs.
  • engine oil: SAE 10 W-30.

It is not advisable to use cheap low-quality oils for filling the tank, since they can contribute to the rapid wear of the engine and gearbox, increase the degree of clogging of the fuel filter, therefore, the walk-behind tractor wears out faster.

Design advantages

The Kama MVK 651 cultivator can be equipped with attachments at your discretion. This opportunity was provided by the manufacturer in order to provide the owner with a choice based on his needs.The fact is that the technique supports a variety of options designed for a specific field of activity. The cultivator's capabilities are diverse, which confirms the versatility of the device and its suitability for professional needs.

Quite a powerful engine is designed for the cultivation of especially large areas. But when the car has proven itself well in compact areas - largely due to its small size, good maneuverability and controllability. In addition, the undercarriage of the cultivator deserves special attention, endowed with advantages when passing off-road sections. High cross-country ability is ensured by large pneumatic wheels, which are already included in the basic package of the product.

In addition, the standard equipment includes a minimum set of high-strength milling cutters, which have a gripping capacity in the range of 0.3-0.55-0.85 m. A reliable chain reducer is responsible for transferring power from the engine to the wheels.

Characteristics of gasoline models

This series has four varieties. They differ in power and weight, just like diesel ones.

Models of gasoline motoblocks "Kama":

The undoubted advantage of the whole range is the low fuel consumption characteristic of gasoline engines. At the same time, you can be absolutely sure that this unit will be used both in summer and winter. The fuel will not freeze in it, and it will start even with a significant minus. This indicator is very important for most of the country.

The advantage of such engines is their low noise level compared to a diesel engine. Perfectly assembled gasoline motoblocks of the "Kama" brand do not have the strong vibration usual for agricultural machinery. It is much easier to work with such equipment for a long time.

In addition, prices for spare parts for gasoline engines are often an order of magnitude lower than those for diesel engines. Therefore, repairs are cheaper.

But there are also disadvantages to the modification. Fortunately, there are not many of them. The main disadvantage is gasoline, which is not cheap. Therefore, models with such engines are not purchased in the presence of areas with a large territory.

The relatively low power of the gasoline engine and poor cooling do not allow operating this technique for a long time without stopping. Working in low gear, this motor can easily overheat - then it will need considerable repairs.

Most of the disadvantages are insignificant for small farms, in which such units have been successfully operating for more than one year.

Specifications

The motoblock is an average power unit of 7 liters. with. This unit is easy to use as it weighs only 75 kg. The standard four-stroke engine is securely mounted on a rigid frame. It is cooled by air. The car is equipped with a mechanical three-speed gearbox, which has forward and reverse travel, as well as a low gear.

Start-up before execution is carried out using a manual starter, which is a characteristic feature of all models.

For the convenience of controlling attachments, the walk-behind tractor has a power take-off shaft. When milling the soil, the working width is 95 cm and the depth reaches 30 cm.

This model in this series is also distinguished by its low weight - 75 kg. This unit is equipped with a manual recoil starter. The gasoline 7-horsepower 4-stroke engine has a volume of 196 cc. The package of this unit includes two main types of attachments: cutters and pneumatic wheels.

The pneumatics perfectly dampens high-frequency vibrations, making it easier to control the machine not only on a flat surface, but also off-road.

"Kama" MB-105

The next walk-behind tractor is heavier and allows you to perform a wide range of works. The weight of this structure is 107 kg. The reliable engine from the famous Chinese company Lifan in the 170L modification has a capacity of 7 liters. with.Standard three-stage mechanics allow you to work at the required speed.

As in the previous case, the package includes earth milling cutters and wheels. But the working width of milling is already larger here - 120 cm, and the depth - 37 cm.

"Kama" MB-135

The most powerful unit of this series. Its mass is the largest of the gasoline motoblocks of this manufacturer. She is 120 kg. This walk-behind tractor boasts its capacity, which ranges from 9 liters. with. up to 13 liters. with. A striking advantage is the presence of a strong cast iron housing on the gear shaft. When using the milling cutter, its working reach is 105 cm, and the soil loosening depth reaches 39 cm. In addition, this unit, like the previous ones, has an adjustable steering control.

The steering wheel can be adjusted in height or turned 180 degrees.

The advantages and ease of use include not only the advantages of the walk-behind tractors themselves, but also a variety of additional equipment.

disadvantages

Like any other technique, the "Kubanets" walk-behind tractors have drawbacks. The main disadvantage of the unit is its performance - in comparison with tractors, it is in many ways inferior. Therefore, this unit is not suitable for owners of land plots that exceed 10 hectares - most often it is preferred by summer residents who process land shares from several hundred to four hectares. In addition, some types of chores performed by the walk-behind tractor require significant physical effort. For example, light aggregates do not cope well with the processing of virgin land - in this case, it is best to choose more powerful models
