User manual

First start-up, running-in and conservation

Before using the Stinko walk-behind tractor for the first time, be sure to read the user manual! Then you should assemble the device in accordance with the instructions given in it.

Then fill the engine with fuel and lubricant.

Let the machine run at minimum load for the first 8 hours. This time is enough to lubricate all structural units of the device and they began to work as a single mechanism.

At the end of this mode, change the engine oil.

An electronic version of the instruction can be viewed here:

If you do not plan to use the device for a long period of time, then it is recommended to put the Stinko walk-behind tractor for conservation. This must be done in the following sequence:

  1. Drain fuel and oil;
  2. Remove the remnants of dirt, dust and moisture to prevent the onset of corrosion on the walk-behind tractor;
  3. Disconnect the terminals from the spark plugs or unscrew them completely;
  4. Lubricate the control levers with waterproof grease.

Service

To maximize the performance of Stinko walk-behind tractors, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance in accordance with the recommendations of the user manual.

Before starting work on this device, you need to make sure it is working properly. Check the steering and braking system, fuel and oil, lubricant leaks and abnormal deformations.

The lubricant in the engine must be changed every 25 operating hours. It is recommended to use 4-stroke engine oil for this unit.

In the transmission, the oil should be changed in spring and autumn, or once every 100 hours of travel. The instruction manual recommends using Tap-15v or Tad-17i.

To prevent jamming of the gearbox control levers and to securely fix the gears, they should be periodically lubricated with waterproof grease Solidol or Litol-24.

Elimination of basic malfunctions of Stinko equipment

Motoblocks of the Stinko brand are assembled in the Russian Federation, taking into account the nuances of our relief and climatic zones. In the production process, only Russian parts are used, which can always be found on the market, and, if necessary, carry out minor repairs with your own hands.

If the motor of the walk-behind tractor does not operate:

  1. Make sure the ignition system is in good working order;
  2. Check the presence of fuel and oil (try replacing them);
  3. Adjust the carburetor;
  4. Clean fuel and air filters.

If the cutters do not rotate:

  1. Check the serviceability of the PTO;
  2. Inspect the drive belt for stretching;
  3. Make sure the attachment is properly connected.

Breakdowns and ways to eliminate them

Here we tried to give the most common breakdowns that are found in motoblocks.

The engine does not work. Check the ignition system and if there is fuel in the tank. If there is moisture on the spark plug, it means that fuel is not being supplied. If there is no spark, then it is best to replace it with a new one.
If insufficient power, then check the air filter

It should be cleaned or replaced with a new one.
In the event of noise in the gearbox, the cause must be sought in the absence of oil in the gearbox and bearing malfunction.
Vibration of the walk-behind tractor is normal, but if it is excessive, then pay attention to the attachment attachment.

How to choose?

Before choosing a mechanized assistant for agricultural work, you should carefully analyze all the information available. This is necessary in order to clearly understand whether the specified motorcycles are suitable for the land or not.

First of all, it is worth considering the options depending on the engine power. If the soil is very dense or virgin, then you should choose the device with the maximum power.

Then you need to consider the type of engine depending on the fuel it is running on. It all depends on the region and the availability of a particular type. As a rule, a gasoline engine is cheaper, but a diesel one is reliable, so you should evaluate the benefits in both cases.

Another criterion is fuel consumption. It depends on the power of the walk-behind tractor. For example, an engine with a capacity of 3 to 3.5 liters. with. consumes 0.9 kg of gasoline per hour, while a more powerful analogue of 6 liters. with. - 1.1 kg. However, it should be remembered that low-power units will take much more time to cultivate the land, therefore, fuel economy is questionable.

Also, when buying, you need to pay attention to the design features of the gearbox. It can be collapsible or non-collapsible

The latter is designed for a longer operational period, but if it fails, it is not repaired, but replaced with a new one. In addition, a distinction is made between a chain and gear reducer.

The hitch for awnings can be individual for each equipment or universal, suitable for any attachment.

The Agat plant has a wide dealer network, therefore, before purchasing the walk-behind tractor or accessories for it, it is more expedient to consult with the seller. This can be done at specialized retail outlets or on the Internet. They will answer all your questions, give advice or select a model according to the criteria.

Milling cutter - design and assembly

The milling cutter is an important working element for a walk-behind tractor. With the help of the cutter, the soil is cultivated. The process of assembling the cutters is described in the instructions for the walk-behind tractor. You can also familiarize yourself with the correct position of the cutters in the assembly by looking at the diagram below. The principle of assembly of cutters is the same for most motoblocks. The one-piece rotary tiller with direct PTO connection is sold pre-assembled.

Advantages and disadvantages

Motoblocks are quite actively used by private farmers and gardeners as a multifunctional and highly efficient technique not only in Europe, but also in the post-Soviet space. Today, such machines help to perform complex work on the ground, and thanks to a large selection of Crosser walk-behind tractor models, proven Chinese assembly technology can be entrusted with a number of complex tasks.

All devices of this brand are manufactured in China, which makes the walk-behind tractors more affordable, but despite the skepticism about Asian products, the models stand out for their rather powerful diesel engines, as well as a huge assortment of additional components. Another positive feature of the devices is considered to be fast work, as well as a high level of its quality - this is evidenced by numerous reviews of the owners.

Based on the technical characteristics of the machines, it is worth noting some of the advantages of the Chinese Crosser walk-behind tractors.

  • The available list of models contains both light and heavy units, the mass of which can be about 250 kilograms. Such mini-tractors will prove to be indispensable helpers in the processing of virgin lands and other types of heavy soils, since they will have excellent traction with the ground, which will ensure the stability of the machine. In addition, this moment will eliminate the need to apply a lot of effort to the worker pushing the unit.
  • Due to the presence of headlights on walk-behind tractors, it is possible to work with equipment even at night.
  • Features of a quick start of diesel engines will make it possible to start devices at any temperature (even in severe frost), for example, for transporting cargo or clearing snow.
  • In the presented line of Crosser motoblocks, there are devices with large wheels and powerful treads, which increase the maneuverability and mobility of machines (especially when driving on heavy and wet ground).

  • All products are equipped with high-volume fuel tanks, so that the duration of the work shift will not depend on the fuel supply.
  • For comfortable control of walk-behind tractors, all handles in the units can be adjusted in height and angle of inclination. In light of these features, anyone can work with the machines.
  • Due to the multifunctionality of Chinese machines, most of the models can be used as a pump for pumping industrial water. This issue in agriculture is quite relevant in light of the availability of a large area of land for cultivation.
  • Due to the presence of front and rear power take-off shafts, all Crosser walk-behind tractors can be used with various additional equipment.
  • The models are equipped with a water cooling system for the engine, in light of which the diesel engine will not overheat even from continuous many hours of work.
  • The entire model range stands out for its good maintainability, however, as practice shows, cases of equipment failure are extremely rare.

But despite the impressive list of advantages, the devices are not without drawbacks. In order to reduce the cost of Chinese products, many parts and parts are made of plastic - due to this feature, they become unusable much earlier than steel components.

Model Crosser M8

The M8 cross is a powerful and multifunctional unit designed for plowing, cultivating soil of various densities, hilling light soils, transporting goods and performing other operations. The model is positioned as a quality European product, although its production is carried out in China. There should be no complaints about the reliability and durability of the Crosser M8 - all elements of the equipment pass mandatory quality checks and have a long service life. The walk-behind tractor is excellent for operation in Russia and allows you to solve various tasks on a personal plot of up to 3 hectares. The M8 crossover is capable of replacing many devices, including heavy units.

The design of the model is quite standard for equipment of this kind. It is based on a reinforced frame. The walk-behind tractor is controlled by a steering wheel with elements and a gearbox. Professional transmission Crosser M8 has 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds, which allows you to choose the optimal pace of work. The presence of a reverse makes the unit incredibly maneuverable. The clutch of the walk-behind tractor is made in the form of a V-belt transmission with a tension roller (gear type - gear).

The advantages of the model include a reduced level of noise and vibration, which has a positive effect on the comfort of use. The controls of the technique are thought out as much as possible. The operator can adjust the steering wheel vertically and horizontally to find the optimal position for his height. There is also an emergency stop lever on the steering wheel, by means of which the engine stops immediately.

The M8 crossover is distinguished by its large weight, which allows you to effortlessly immerse the plow or cutters into the ground, even on abandoned territory or hard soil. The model is optimally suited for soil preparation before planting. The presence of 2 power take-off shafts (front and rear) significantly expands the possibilities in terms of using additional equipment.

The basic equipment of the walk-behind tractor is quite rich. It includes:

  • a set of cutters that are installed separately from the wheels, relieving the operator's load. The cutters have saber-shaped forged knives, which makes it possible to effectively clean the area from wheatgrass and wireworm;
  • plow with hitch and angle of attack adjustment;
  • stock wheels with a special tread pattern, which increase the cross-country ability of the walk-behind tractor;
  • halogen headlight;
  • instruction manual and warranty card.
