Features of operation
In order for the equipment to serve for a long time, it must be properly prepared, as well as follow the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance. This will extend the service life of all components and eliminate accelerated wear. Control the level of technical fluids, replace them on time. Do not overload the motor and drive if abnormalities are heard.
Preparatory work and running-in
New equipment must not be put into operation at once, it must be prepared, and it must be done correctly. The steps are the same for all models, so it's easiest to figure it out in order to understand the sequence of work and not miss anything. You need to prepare and run in a mini-tractor like this:
- Carefully study the instruction manual. Find out if the purchased model has its own characteristics of preparation and running-in, take them into account. Check the completeness, usually the technique has a set of tools and several replacement parts. The list is spelled out in the instructions.
- Check all screw connections. Tighten bolts and nuts, eliminate any fastening problems. Check fasteners wherever possible to prevent loosening from vibration or failure of individual components.
- Check the oil level in the engine, also in the axles and the oil tank of the hydraulic system. Fill with coolant. Inspect the connections for leaks, do not forget to check the plugs, they are often not tightened.
- Add fuel. Use a fresh version, fill an almost full tank. If there is no filter on the line, install it, exclude the ingress of water and debris into the motor.
- Check the battery charge, recharge.
- Deal with all controls and launcher. Make sure that the gear is in neutral and that the PTO drive is disengaged. Start the engine as described in the instructions. Do not crank the starter for too long when the motor is not picking up.
- Run in for 30 hours. This time the mini-tractor should work under partial load. To transport loads, while putting in the trailer no more than half the carrying capacity. You can just drive on the roads.
- Change axle and engine oil after running-in. Check the condition of all nodes, inspect the connections, make sure that there are no leaks.
Advice! It is better to buy an assembled tractor so that after delivery it will be brought up with you. So, it is easy to make sure that the equipment has been prepared, there are no problems with the launch.
Run in a Belarusian mini-tractor without load. This is necessary for grinding parts without heavy wear. You cannot plow during this period and do other work in which the motor is heavily loaded. It is not necessary to drive at maximum speed during break-in, the mode should always be light.
Service
So that the equipment does not break down, all malfunctions should be eliminated at the initial stage, observe the frequency of maintenance and not violate the terms specified in the instructions. The work is simple, you can do it yourself:
- Check the oil, coolant and brake fluid levels daily. Inspect the engine and other components for damage and leaks of technical fluids. Check the operation of the brake system and clutch before starting. Make sure all lights and signal are working.
- Wash equipment as it gets dirty. Inspect the air filter every 2-3 weeks, if it gets dirty, wash it or replace it (depending on the type).
- Change the oil within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer. Use only those brands of lubricants specified in the instructions. Remember to replace the oil and air filters during this period.Inspect and clean the spark arrester, if any.
- Carry out the rest of the work if necessary or when extraneous noise appears. When new sounds appear during operation, stop the equipment immediately and find out the causes of the problem.
Maintenance of the mini-tractor is easy and takes a little time. Do the work constantly, use high-quality oils, change them on time. Even when the mini tractor is running little, fill in fresh oil every spring.
Pros and cons of the tractor
If we talk about the functionality of the MTZ 152, it can be argued that the machine, in spite of its traction class, is a full-fledged universal-row tractor. MTZ 152 is ideal for private use in agriculture, public utilities of a small enterprise or organization. The small dimensions and layout of the gearbox with a reverse gear gives the tractor an advantage in convenient control and maneuverability when working on small plots of land or working in urban areas.
The tractor will be a good helper for summer residents and owners of agricultural land in the village when processing vegetable and garden plots. If equipment is available, a tractor can be used for: plowing, continuous and inter-row cultivation, planting and harvesting potatoes, fertilizing, mowing green masses, mowing lawns, transporting goods, cleaning areas and roads from snow, loading loads up to 200 kg.
Objective observations include:
- too high speed of the first gear -3 km / h, not always suitable for high-quality performance of certain operations in the field
- rather high cost of a tractor from 300 thousand rubles
- the noise of the engine and the absence of the front front facing of the tractor engine compartment
One of the main reasons for the emergence of negative, subjective opinions is not always an adequate assessment of the technical ability of the tractor to cope with overloads. It should be noted that, due to its low power, the design of the transmission and running gear is designed for aggregation with the attached and trailed equipment corresponding to this tractor model. Often, in order to increase productivity or unhealthy savings, agricultural equipment with increased working width and working depth is used, which leads to rapid wear and damage to the final drives of the drive axles or the clutch.

Features of the device
the minitractor Belarus-132N is equipped with a single-cylinder petrol power unit from the Japanese manufacturer Honda. The engine has an index GX390, which just indicates its working volume (390 cubic meters). The motor is capable of developing a rated power of 13 horsepower, which translates to 9.6 kilowatts. There are also some versions equipped with the Lifan LF188FD engine, which has similar power ratings. The manufacturer released a limited batch of mini tractors, which, in addition to their standard power plants, had a B&S two-cylinder four-stroke engine. Its power reaches 16 horsepower, which is quite a high figure for this mini tractor.
In any configuration and in any version, the Belarus-132N model has a mechanical transmission. The gearbox includes 4 forward gears and 3 reverse gears. The front axle has been supplemented with a differential lock, providing the machine with increased cross-country ability on various types of ground. It should be noted that this function does not work automatically and to enable it, you must move the control lever located on the dashboard to the appropriate position. The lock is disabled in the same way.
The on-board hydraulic system of the Belarus-132N minitractor has a gear hydraulic pump, which operates by means of a special drive from the power unit, a single-section spool-valve hydraulic distributor, and a hydraulic cylinder. The installation of a front-mounted hitch was often offered as additional options.
The tractor has an all-wheel drive system, which also provides high cross-country ability. It is worth noting that all-wheel drive here is not permanent, which means that the front axle is disengaged. Among its class, the Belarus-132N model stands out due to its articulated frame, which provides excellent maneuverability.
Reliability
Although the design of the minitractor seems weak at first glance (articulated joints in the center), in fact, the machine can withstand very serious loads, which has been proven by time. The tractor is unpretentious in terms of the quality of the fuel consumed, however, it is still recommended to fill the tank with the AI-92.
Repair features
As described at the beginning, Belarus-132N was based on the Belarus-112 minitractor, respectively, most of the elements and assemblies are unified. The simple design allows the owner to fix any faults in a short time.
Features of the device
The mini-tractor Belarus-112H-01 has many different advantages that the model inherited from the previous version, namely:
- There is an all-wheel drive system that provides the equipment with excellent cross-country performance on various categories of soil.
- The center differential of the drive axle has a locking function, which also has a positive effect on the cross-country ability of the mini-tractor.
- A Japanese professional power plant is used, which has a huge operational resource and an increased efficiency, which ensures high efficiency when doing almost any type of operation.
- The technique uses a frameless structure, also called a break frame. Thanks to this, the mini-tractor has excellent maneuverability, which guarantees convenience when working in confined conditions.
- Thanks to the rear hitch, the machine can be used in conjunction with agricultural and municipal attachments.
- The power take-off mechanism, located at the rear of the mini-tractor, has two speed modes. Its presence allows you to use mechanical units in the work, such as a mower. Two PTO speeds allow the most efficient processing of any area, regardless of the type of work performed.
- The mini-tractor Belarus-112N-01 is aggregated with a huge range of additional attachments, which allows you to use the equipment not only in the autumn period, but also throughout the year.
In addition to all of the above, this model is also endowed with its own modifications and advantages, including:
- The car received a plastic lining, due to which it was possible to significantly update the appearance and make it more modern. It should be noted that high-impact plastic is used here, due to which the owner does not need to worry about damage and deformation of the cladding.
- The steering mechanism has received an improved hydraulic drive, which greatly facilitates maneuvering, since the driver will need to make much less effort to turn the equipment. Thus, the comfort of work is increased and therefore productivity is increased.
- In comparison with the previous model, the manufacturer has changed the ergonomics of the workplace in the new version. Thus, the gearshift knob and other control levers have been moved to a more convenient location.
- The level of safety when driving the mini-tractor on public roads, as well as during normal operation, has been increased. This is due to the addition of a rearview mirror and a parking brake. Lighting devices also affect this.
- The previous model of the mini-tractor used tires of the size 6L-R12, but in this model the manufacturer installed tires of the size 6.5L-R12, which had a positive effect on the flotation, as the ground clearance increased.
- Also, if we compare this model with the previous one, then the speed of independent movement was increased by an average of 1.5-2 kilometers per hour.
Reliability
In this regard, the GX390 power unit, developed by the Japanese brand Honda, deserves special attention. Perhaps its main advantage is its high reliability, due to which this power plant is used in almost the entire line of mini-tractors. The engine is designed for a fairly long service life and has a very simple design. The recommended fuel for this unit is still AI-92, however, one should not exclude the fact that it is also capable of working properly on AI-80. Its start is carried out either by means of an electric starter or by means of a Z-shaped handle in almost all weather and climatic conditions.
Repair features
The mini-tractor Belarus-112N-01 is not particularly demanding, but it is still recommended to carry out regular maintenance, since due to the timely replacement of consumables, working fluids and worn parts, the equipment is able not only to develop its operating resource established by the manufacturer, but also to overcome it ...
