Recipe "Salad with fried crab sticks and mushrooms":

Boil eggs until tender.

Well, delicious salad! It is made with crackers. You can cook them yourself, or you can just buy ready-made ones. Also, everyone's favorite "Kirieshki" with different tastes will do.

Ingredients:

  • 4 things. tomatoes:
  • 1 pack (240 gr.) Crab sticks;
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • a bunch of fresh parsley;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 200 gr. bread for croutons or a package of ready-made;
  • 1 tsp paprika;
  • 30 ml grows. oils;
  • salt pepper.

Cut the washed tomatoes into halves and remove the seeds from them so that the salad does not drip. We cut them into cubes.

Parsley is finely set and send along with the garlic passed through a press to the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and stir. Let them stand for 15 minutes so that they let the juice out.

We put them in a sieve and let the juice drain. We don't need extra liquid.

Cut the sticks into cubes, three cheese on a grater.

Install the split ring and lay out the tomatoes in the first layer.

Then, sticks.

Next comes grated cheese.

All layers, including the topmost one, are smeared with mayonnaise. In this form, put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

I usually prepare such a salad for some kind of celebration or holiday. You can't call it cheap, but sometimes you can still pamper yourself. I usually do it for New Years or Birthday.

To make "Neptune" tasty, you need to properly cook shrimp and squid. The main thing is not to digest them, otherwise they will be very tough, like rubber.

  • 300 gr. boiled shrimp;
  • 300 gr. squid;
  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 5 boiled proteins;
  • 130 g red caviar;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper.

If your shrimp is raw, dip it in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes from the moment it boils. Do the same with squid. It is not worth boiling these seafood longer, as they will become very tough and "rubbery".

We squeeze out shrimps and squids. To do this, you can simply fill them with cold water.

After that, remove the film from the squid and remove the internal cartilage. We cut them into thin strips. The thinner the strips are, the tastier and more tender the squid will be.

If the shrimp are large, then they must be cut into pieces. We transfer them to the squid bowl.

Crab sticks mode with cubes or straws. We send to shrimp and squid.

For boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the whites into cubes, and leave the yolks for decoration.

We transfer all prepared ingredients to a common bowl, salt, pepper and add mayonnaise.

I still make this sauce. I take part of the mayonnaise, part of the thick fat sour cream, art. l. mustard, a few pieces of salted red fish and grind everything with an immersion blender. Well, it turns out very tasty and delicate sauce.

At the very end, add red caviar.

Light and tender salad with crab sticks, green apple and melted cheese

This option is prepared without corn. It is unusual, but at the same time very tasty and juicy. The green apple gives a special freshness and juiciness that matches perfectly with the creamy taste of the cheese.

I advise you to take a green apple, but if there is no such apple, then any other will do, only, it is desirable that it is not sweet, but sweet and sour.

  • 1 pack of sticks;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 1 large green apple;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 150 g mayonnaise.

I often make crab salad with cabbage. If I take an ordinary white cabbage, then shred it with very thin fibers, and if I cook it with Peking cabbage, then I either tear it into pieces, or I also cut it with a knife.

Peking, of course, is much more tender than white cabbage, so I propose to cook with it.

What is included:

  • 250 g Chinese cabbage;
  • 250 g crab sticks;
  • 3 pcs. boiled eggs;
  • 2-3 fresh cucumbers;
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 1 onion;
  • several arrows of green onions;
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • pepper, salt.

Peking cabbage leaves are well washed, dried and cut along with the thick part.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Also finely mode onions, green onions and, if desired, parsley. If you don't like green onions, then just don't put them.

Cut the sticks and eggs into small cubes or strips. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add the corn.
