Recipe "Mushroom salad with oranges":
Wash oranges and cut them in half.
Gently remove the pulp. Both pulp and improvised orange plates will be useful to us.
Finely chop the onion.
And fry it in olive oil until light golden.
Any mushrooms will do (fresh, frozen, canned ...)
I had oyster mushrooms. I first boiled them for 5 minutes. in salted water and cut into strips.
Add the chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry for 5-7 minutes.
We shift the fried mushrooms into a container in which we will mix the salad, and leave to cool.
Prepare the sauce for dressing the salad.
Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper mixture and mix well. Let it infuse a little.
Cut the bell pepper into cubes (it will be even better if the pepper is of a different color).
We also cut the orange into pieces, removing the films.
Add pepper, oranges and the present dressing to the already cooled mushrooms. Mix everything carefully.
We decorate improvised orange plates with cloves. Drawing at your discretion.
We fill our plates with salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Decorate with herbs. And we serve it to the table.

I took canned mushrooms. They look more like boiled ones, so you need to marinate them first. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add the garlic, passed through a press, 0.5 tsp each. coriander and paprika and 1/4 tsp. dry thyme. Add wine vinegar and soy sauce.
Cut the zest strips into thin strips and add to the mushrooms. Mix. Leave to marinate for an hour ...
