- the owner is obliged to analyze the products for the presence of biological, chemical, physical and radiological, natural toxins, pesticides, drug residues, parasites, allergens and color additives;
- a study for the prevention of microbiological hazards, which are regulated in accordance with the norms, is provided for thermally processed low-acid products packaged in hermetically sealed containers;
- obligatory submission of documents on the passage of toxicological and epidemiological studies and analyzes;
- food certification;
- receiving a grant for the supply of products to educational institutions, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. Only entrepreneurs with a state license are eligible.
A special state duty was also established for the enrollment of funds for the implementation of agricultural activities. Adjustments and changes in the amount of the fee for the financial year are possible.
Who in America and why you can't grow and sell vegetables and fruits
The Ministry of Agriculture has defined a strategy for the protection and conditions of ensuring the safety of the population from poor-quality food products and carrying out preventive measures, which include inspections, checks, constant control over the unofficial sale and distribution of crops. Who in the US was banned from growing vegetables:
- small businesses and organizations. Subject to the sale of agricultural products directly to consumers;
- representatives of small business or collective farming without issued licenses, test reports, certificates, certificates, certificates, certification by the relevant body or the State Department of Agriculture;
