“Unfortunately, we have not yet come up with devices that have determined by color whether the berry is ripe or not. This can only be done by a person who has visually looked at the ripe berry or not, ”continues Pavel Grudinin, director of CJSC Lenin State Farm.

To date, several tons of strawberries leave the plantations of the Lenin state farm to the table of the inhabitants of the region. In a week, the tons will be in the tens. There are no problems with the implementation, but with employees they can arise. Therefore, everyone is invited to the state farm for harvesting. Even families. Nobody counts the berries eaten during work here.

Harvest time

What to take with you

Berry picking does not take place all day, but only until lunchtime (until 13). Therefore, it makes no sense to take food with you, but you can take care of a snack, although many have a snack right in the fields with fresh berries. It is not prohibited. But take more water.

Think over all the nuances. You should have comfortable shoes and always waterproof, because a rag from the morning dew will get wet right away and you will be provided with discomfort, and with it a decrease in working capacity.

Don't forget the hats. The collection is carried out in an open area. If the weather is cloudy, then they may not be needed, but in case of heat you cannot do without them.
