Incubator Blitz-48

Unlike its more compact relative, Blitz-72 is designed for 72 chicken eggs, 50 turkey eggs, 30 goose, 57 duck and 200 quail eggs.

Robust plywood case, 4 cm foam walls, galvanized sheet inner walls, lid with a transparent window. Power is also supplied from a 220V mains and an additional 12V battery. Equipped with a thermometer with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees, a fan and mechanical humidity control in the range from 30 to 85%, plus automatic egg turning every two hours.

Incubator microclimate does not depend on external factors, temperature and humidity levels are maintained autonomously.

The weight of the Blitz-72 assembled is 9.5 kg, the power is 60 W, the warranty is 2 years. If necessary, it can be completed quail rack or standard.

Digital models

Expanded polystyrene with a thickness of 30 centimeters - the walls of the Blitz Norm incubator are made of this durable material. The lid of the drawer is transparent, which means you can watch the process of removal without disturbing the ideal microclimate.

The automatic rotation of the tray with eggs is triggered every 2 hours, until the moment of turning the eggs stay in absolute peace. Up to 72 chicken eggs can be loaded into the incubator tray of this model, duck eggs will contain only 57 pieces.

A fully equipped Blitz Norma incubator weighs 4 kilograms.

Instructions for use, video

The surface on which the incubator is supposed to be installed must be firm and level. The kit includes baths, they must be filled with water (recommended temperature is 42-45 degrees) and placed at the bottom near the wall.

The humidity for each type of eggs is different, set the required level:

• waterfowl: initially 60% further 80-85%
• non-aquatic: initially 40-45% further 65-70%

The tray must be lowered to the end on the square shaft of the gear motor, the other side of the grate is in contact with the supporting round pin.

Next, close the lid of the incubator and set the required humidity parameters, connect the device to an energy source. Activate automatic rotation and start heating the box with the “Heating” function.

The device will warm up to the required temperature for about two hours. It will not be superfluous to check all the data. Temperature - 37.8 (the numbers will blink when you turn the knob).

The swivel mechanism should tilt approximately 45 degrees, a deviation of 5 degrees up or down is allowed.

Checking the thermometer and fan should not be neglected.

Without disconnecting from the battery, connect the incubator to the 220V network and check the operability of the automatic switch to another power source, if everything is in order, you can start working with the incubator.

Preparation for work and incubation

Laying eggs
