The properties of Schisandra chinensis are healing for the whole organism.
Far away in the Khabarovsk Territory, we have relatives who every year try to give us a lot of useful and tasty gifts. Among all the cans and packages, the most valuable in my opinion is Chinese magnolia vine (we get its juice and dried fruits and leaves).
Having encountered this plant for the first time, we began to study the properties of Schisandra chinensis and the purpose of its cultivation. It grows wild in China, Japan, the Far East, Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories.
Schizandra contains 14 macro and microelements necessary for the vital activity of the body. Due to its healing properties, juice, infusions and teas are used in the following cases:
- With a general decline in strength as a result of infectious diseases,
- With anemia,
- With low blood pressure,
- With bronchitis and bronchial asthma,
- With tuberculosis,
- With sexual weakness,
- To increase mental alertness and physical stamina,
- With all kinds of diseases of the stomach, kidneys and liver,
- Stimulates breathing
- Tones up the cardiovascular system.
It is necessary to pay attention to the properties of Schisandra chinensis during pregnancy, with nervous overexcitation and during heart rhythm disturbances. Since in these cases, the drug is contraindicated.
Using lemongrass juice, add 1 teaspoon to the tea. When using dried fruits and leaves, add 10 grams (or 1 tablespoon) to 1 serving of tea. Lemongrass is poured with boiling water, infused under the lid for 10 minutes, then filtered through cheesecloth and consumed with the addition of honey or sugar.
