Beautiful garden decoration - useful red viburnum
The healing properties of many plants make many amateur gardeners and simply owners of backyards grow them in their gardens. Viburnum red has long been known for its healing fruits, which are most often used to treat colds. But the red viburnum is famous not only for this healing quality.
Viburnum is not a tree, but a fairly tall shrub, which is desirable to be planted in shady corners of the garden in well-moistened soil. Ideally, a place behind the house is suitable for viburnum, where the sun will warm the plant only at certain times of the day, for example, in the morning or in the evening. It is not recommended to completely hide the viburnum in the shade, since its fruits require a sunny color for pouring with healing juice and a red color.
Viburnum red blooms very beautifully, so in spring it will become a real decoration of the garden, and in autumn its bright red fruits will add even more color and contrast to the autumn mood.
In leaving, viburnum is not whimsical at all. All she needs is regular cleaning of weeds around the tree, loosening the soil nearby, and moderate watering during dry summers. If natural rains are frequent, then the viburnum does not need additional watering. Any other trees can be planted next to the viburnum, but not too close, because the viburnum simply needs space.
Viburnum red is valuable not only for its berries, but also for flowers, bark, branches and even leaves. Teas, decoctions, infusions are prepared from them, which are used to treat various diseases.
Viburnum red will not only decorate the garden with its flowers and fruits, but also allow, for example, to stock up on dried berries for the winter, from which in winter it will be possible to prepare compote and draw from it vitamins that are so necessary for everyone.
We also have viburnum in our garden. Once in the forest we came across a small viburnum bush and there were many branches. In the fall, we took one shoot and planted it in the garden, it began to grow actively with us. I decided to form a bush in the shape of a ball - I left two main trunks and formed a ball at the top - it turned out beautifully.
